The reception as we arrived was very poor, I almost walked out after waiting 15 min past our reservation time. Once at our table it was outstanding and I am happy I did not leave.
Wonderful experience. Was birthday dinner for my daughter. Our server Elizabeth was very helpful. Best of all very personable. I think she really enjoys making this a really fun experience for her guests. Mike the owner came by the table several times to see how our evening was going and if everything was to our satisfaction. Would recommend if wanting a relaxing and different eating experience

I would recommend other locations before this one. I was served moldy fruit, had to ASK for my whole entree (the waiter literally walked off with it on his tray) and had to point out the dead bug dried onto our fondue pot.
For all this we waited over an hour past our reservation time to even get a table.
Celebrated two preteen birthdays and we had a fun lunch out
The server was new. I wish I remembered his name. Nice black gentleman. He was attentive and even help us decide on the cooking style! Very happy with this experience! My friend and I haven’t got together in awhile and it was the perfect place to have conversations and catch up on everything! Love this place! Will be going again!
Elizabeth B was amazing. We had the 4 course which included a cheese, and array of meats and chocolate to end the dinner.
Well the food was just Ok. The cheese fondue was tasty, but the food was not the freshest. The bread a little stale. And the meat was not the best. The veggies could have been fresher.
We waited over an hour past our reservation time to get seated. It took another 15 minutes for someone to get us drinks and take our order. Once we got started, we had no problem with service. Food was great and our waitress checked on us frequently. Food was well timed for all four courses. However, if we didn't specifically want to eat at The Melting Pot, we would have definitely left. We almost left and several people left while waiting. An hour past the reservation time is absurd. They weren't busy either. Over half the restaurant was empty. No compensation was offered for over an hour past our reservation.
I don’t write reviews. But after being ignored twice by management figured I would comment. Valentine’s Day weekend dinner with my girlfriend and her daughter. We got the 4 course meal. After we got our first course we didn’t see our server for almost an hour. I finally went to the hostess and notified her and was told our server left sick and we would have another server shortly. We were given another server who was AMAZING! Not once did a manager stop by and apologize for anything or offer a discount of any kind, which I didn’t want, I just wanted an apology.
I emailed the melting pot and let them know what happened and still no response. I guess customer service isn’t something this restaurant believes in
We had a reservation for 3:15. Due to the amount of people in the waiting area, we were told we could sit in the bar area until they had a table open. We had several couples who came in after we did and a family, be seated before we did. My husband had to go ask what was taking so long. The host said there was a mix up in names. Our reservation was at 3:15 and we were seated a couple minutes past 4:00. While we were sitting down two couples were apologized to, because the waiter didn’t know they were there... i know that one set of the couples waited at least 45 minutes before their waiter showed up. Our waiter Jon was pretty good. We had to wait a bit for our dessert, but we were so full, it wasn’t a huge deal. BUT when we went to leave Jon told me he hopes everything goes well with my pregnancy. I am not pregnant... I had a baby 6 weeks ago, but that was never discussed. I even had a mai tai... so that was interesting. I just said thank you, because I was shock... we’ve dined here a few times in the past and loved it, but I don’t know if we will be goin back any time soon.

I’ve been to a couple Melting Pots before this one, and by far I honestly have to say this one was probably the worst one I’ve ever been too. I don’t know if it’s because all of the staff seem to be college students or the fact that, despite it being Valentines weekend, they were understaffed. We waited 15min past our reservation time just to be seated, then another 10-15min for a waiter to even come talk to us about the menu and take our drink order. I know this is a place to have good conversation because the meal is somewhat spread out, but we waited more than 20min between courses. I think our cooking broth sat in front of us for 30-45min before our entree even got to our table. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location any time soon.

Valentine’s Day date night but the service had a off night.
This was the first time I’ve been underwhelmed by the Melting Pot. I will go back and give them another shot. The food was delicious the service just had a bad night.
Our family had a very enjoyable evening at the Melting Pot. We chose to use the Grill Pan, which is a fairly new way to cook. Everything was delicious. The owner stopped by our table a few times to make sure we were having a good dinner. This is a great place to take teenagers. My kids really enjoyed cooking their own food and especially eating dessert!
Our server was awesome, he definitely took care of us and made sure we had a good night out!
The food was amazing and we got premium dippers with our desserts and that cheesecake was delicious!!
We had a wonderful experience at The Melting Pot. We were there to celebrate my birthday, and our server brought out a glass of champagne with a candle in a strawberry. Plus, I had a wine flight, and my husband jokingly asked about a lemonade flight, and our server made it happen for him. I was really impressed with the level of service we received, and of course everything was delicious!
We have been many times and never have any complaints. We went for happy hour last week and had two different servers waiting on us for the night, everything was very disjointed for each of the servers didn't know what the other one had done for us yet. Very strange, and unlike our many other visits!
My husband and I were celebrating our birthdays and 1 year wedding anniversary. We have both wanted to go to the Melting Pot for years and I surprised him with a wonderful lunch date to enjoy those occasions. Our server John was great. He explained everything
They couldn’t get us by ourselves, even though they weren’t that busy. Also the service was very slow, people kept messing with our burner causing us to have to wait even longer for our food to come. This was our first time too unfortunately, we will only be coming back for desert. The meat was way too over priced for the proportions and sort of bland. We spent a total of 3 and half hours here between everything.

They were very short handed, 2 servers “decided” not to come into work, and the rest of the crew was scrambling to keep up. I own a small business, so I totally understand what they were going through. Even though they were all pressed for time, all the servers and bartenders were very friendly and nice and accommodating. The food was fantastic and even though it took a while to get seated; it was worth the wait. For anyone with any empathy whatsoever for folks in the service industry, even with the long waits this is a restaurant worth taking your date to

The food and service was excellent. However, the managers allowed reservations to be overbooked. We made a reservation nearly a week in advance and had to wait over an hour and a half past our reservation to be seated. There were several other groups around us waiting that had also made reservations. A few groups gave up and left, we probably would have waited over two hours if they hadn’t. That’s unacceptable and therefore we will not be returning to this location.
The staff was not very friendly except for the waitress. Some of the staff even being rude. Need better ventilation.
Honestly not great. The staff didn't seem organized at all and even with a reservation and an empty restaurant when we got there we had to wait. The server didnt know what was in the chicken potstickers and presented as if he didnt want to be there. He disappeared several times for quite a while. We had someone else come by and ask if we had ordered dessert when we had been waiting for a long time. We said no thinking they were there to help us. Nope, just wanted to take our menus even when we said how long we had been waiting. When dessert came the stove wasnt on so the chocolate was cold for quite a while before it finally heated up. If it had just been the wait we wouldn't have said anything but the whole night was just mediocre in terms of service. The food minus the dessert was good.
Although the food here was great, we were greatly disappointed. First, when making the reservation two+ weeks in advance, we asked specifically for a table. Again, when we checked in we stated we wanted a table. We were told our table would be ready soon and to have a seat at the bar while we waited. After we got our drinks, we were escorted to a booth. We stated again that we had wanted a table, and the hostess escorted us with her to find the manager where we were told that the room with tables was being used for a meeting (we passed it on our way and it was completely empty) and that our only option was a booth. We then were escorted back to the booth. We then waited approximately 10 minutes before a server even showed up at our table. Although the food was good, we felt the entire meal was rushed. The burner wasn’t turned up hot enough so it took several minutes of the server standing at our table stirring the cheese for it to even melt. We then had to cook our meat twice as long as the burner STILL wasn’t hot enough. Our server was good, but she kept asking if we were ready for the next course before we had finished the previous course, and we were asked about dessert after we had just started dinner. We generally love the relaxed atmosphere, but we will look for another location next time.
As someone who has food allergies I always worry about going out. Addy was amazing! She took extra time and effort to make sure that EVERYTHING was safe for me to eat. She was just also a very pleasant server. I had a 4-course meal and every part of it was wonderful. I would definitely go there again.
Set a reservation for 6:45 and were not seated until 30 minutes after our time.
Really great experience
This was our first time - it’s not the typical dining experience and our hostess nor waitress didn’t care enough to explain the uniqueness of this venue. We went for a special event and almost got passed up because of the lack of service.
We were not greeted for 20 minutes even after advising the hostess.
The meat was poor quality and the broth was over seasoned.
I mentioned on the app that it was our anniversary but we got no recognition.
Understaffed due to sickness and no shows but manager did nothing to help servers. Felt bad for them.

Small servings and food was mediocre. Spent 100 dollars for about twelve bite sized pieces of meat and there was no fondue for the entrees.
Really nice looking place but even though we made reservations it took 30 minutes for us to be seated It took about another hour and 30 min to get the complete meal very expensive for not very much if you nibbles the meat that you have to cook on your own don’t go there for a meal just get the cheese fondue and chocolate maybe nice for social Gathering but not a good place to have a meal
My wife and I made reservations for 5:45 pm through OpenTable. We showed up at 5:45 and were seated around 6-6:05 pm.
The service started out great! Caleb seemed on top of the game. He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Everything we were looking for.
Not too long into the meal, maybe after the 1st course was brought out, Caleb started to get less and less attentive. He came to the table less and less and when he did come he seemed overwhelmed. There were 2-3 occasions that my wife waited for 10-15 mins plus for refills on our beverages. Enough so that we had to ask passerby staff to assist us instead.
It turned out that Caleb was given a bachelorette party and they were definitely taking priority.
Very unfortunate. It left my wife and I frustrated and thirsty for most of the evening.
Will we go again, sure. Will we be hesitant, absolutely.
Temp in the room was as hot as our food
Great for happy hour but service is slow for happy hour. Like obnoxiously slow. But it’s worth the cheap food.
