We have eaten here so many times and there is always an issue. This time, it was 100% different. The main positive highlight - the young lady who waited on us- Audrey. Only two months working at the restaurant and she treated us like she had been there for a long time. Made our night! Many people in the food service business should take some pointers from her ;).

Good was fresh and service was great! Always a fun time at the Melting Pot. Celebrated a birthday and received a treat! Great combinations. Wine seasoning for the salad is delicious.

We had a wonderful mother day dining experience with our waitress (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name). The food came in a timely manner and we even ordered an extra fondue (that’s my fave) and it still didn’t interrupt the rest of the meal with the meats/veggies then chocolates to follow. We love coming here to celebrate! Thanks Melting Pot -Raleigh!

The food was nice. The salad and dippers were good. I like the charcuterie add-on for the cheese. The service was terrible and the restaurant had water on the floor, pieces of wood or partitions stacked against the wall near the toilets and even after the manager said they would improve, they did not. We waiting for nearly 15 minutes for anyone to come to the table it took 25 minutes to get even a glass of water after sitting down and honestly they forgot the charcuterie board when they brought the cheese. Like they precook the potatoes but for two people we got four potato pieces and maybe four small bits of broccoli. Everything did fill us up but it would have been nice to have been served more of the mushrooms, potatoes and broccoli from the onset. While they tell you you may ask for more vegetables it was hard to do that as I had to flag down a different server just to get a refill of water.

My daughter took me here for my birthday. We had My Grandaughter 💕 and her mommy with us. The waitress that we had was phenomenal. She was so good with my three year-old granddaughter and it just the food was always amazing. It was just a really great experience.
