The cheese and chocolate fondue was amazing, the main course was moderate.
It was a fun experience but as first timers felt like we didn't understand the menu as well. When asked for help didn't get a real explanation.
We loved our experience at the Melting Pot. It was tasty and our waiter was super friendly and helpful!
I was a little worried that the quality of our experience wouldn't be as great due to a late reservation after 9 pm but it was actually delightful! The area was a lot more quiet than it would have been in the middle of dinner rush and the staff was all very professional, polite, and friendly! All in all, amazing food, service, and even the setting inside where we were seated. Great experience, excited to go BACK!
Our waiter gage was great. He was knowledgeable, polite, and personable. The food was fantastic as always, definitely recommend for any special occasions.
The Melting pot was very dirty (floors) restroom was very dirty. It took very long for service, also my wife ordered a drink that took 40 mins and we had to ask for it then, on top of that it was warm when she got it. The manager did come out and offer desert, but we haven’t even received the actual desert for the 4 course meal..
Most overpriced meal I’ve had. The salads looked like something a hospital cafeteria would sell, kinda summed up our 4 course dining experience. If the meal would have been closer to 20$ a person I could have tolerated it but our tab for two was over $100. Much better options nearby.
A beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere. I wish there was an option to have your main cooked for you but the fondue was incredible.
Gabriel was fantastic! Really made our anniversary shine!
Had a ton of fun and the food was very good. I recommend anyone to go there.
Best Vegan and gluten free options. Surprised and blown away.
Had a reservation at 6:45 had to wait for a table until 6:50. Sat down and didn’t get a waiter/waitress for 10+ minutes. Left without anyone coming up to us.
The food was okay and the service was unusually slow. My husband and I have dined here previously and it has always been an excellent dining experience. We were surprised that the service was not at It's usual high level . Even so, the Melting Pot is a fabulous place to have a romantic dinner.
Everything was outstanding. Great food, great service, and a whole lot of fun! It was a real treat!
My girlfriend and I went to the melting pot to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Neither of us had ever been. The ambiance was very nice and all of the staff was friendly. We were seated and given menus, and our waiter (can’t remember his name but I think it’s Adam) was fabulous. Very helpful showing us how the melting pot works. Our only complaint was the table next to us was loud and belligerent. The food was amazing and the price is a bit high but the value is good.
We had the best waiter named Gabriel. He was awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly, funny. My granddaughters loved him. It was a very enjoyable evening and wonderful memories for my girls.
Ben was great..the food was wonderful
Wonderful birthday dinner. All three of our kids (15, 11,and 5) LOVED it. We were served plenty of food and even brought home leftover dessert dippers. Three courses is too much, though. Cheese and chocolate was enough to fill us up.
Everything was good. The server seemed really busy, but it wasn’t busy in our area. Reservation was for 130p. Was sat around 145p, than we didn’t get drinks and the 1st part of our fondue till 230p. We were a bit hungry by than. We didn’t finish till 430p.
Even if it was a special occasion which it was not. Just a girls day. It went very long for a an afternoon luncheon.
I will be back because we like the whole thing, but training servers is a must.
We have been repeat customers at this location for the last 10 years, and actually got engaged here. It’s sad to say that over the course of that 10 years the service level has continued to drop in quality. We came this time for our Anniversary as we do almost every year at this time. This time a deviation occurred to our regular course of action which was a family member calling ahead and paying for our meal. However since we enjoy a particular meal when we come to the Melting Pot things did not coincide with the package that was paid for by our family member. This threw a total kink in things as there seemed to be no way of just applying what our gift from the family member was to what we actually wanted to order. Not to mention the fact that we were seated and waited 15min for our server to arrive at the table before giving up and going to the hostess station to find out why we hadn’t seen our server yet. A failure of communication that the restaurant was short staffed could have made for a much more understandable time, but alas that didn’t happen till after the fact. Going back to the gift from our family member, since no one had an inkling of how to handle the situation it ended up turning something nice that someone tried to do into a headache and in the long run we just paid for the meal ourselves and took that satisfaction of a good deed away from our family member. Who I think was a manager took over our table after the failure of the original server and did a good job in terms of expected normal service. In short the meal itself was good but the way in which the circumstances were handled was severely disappointing.
This was our first time at the Melting Pot and it was amazing. Our server was great and friendly and the food was delicious. They forgot to clean our table and there was chocolate from the last people on it so they gave us a free round of drinks.
I love The Melting Pot. Everything was delicious. Especially dessert.
Food is always good but the last few time service has has been fair at best.
The cost of the food did not match the amount of food received.
A group of us came down for a 21st birthday celebration. Having never been before I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing service and wonderful food. Pricey, but well worth it...will definitely be back for occasions in the future. Such a fun place!!
We sat in a booth with closable curtains that provided for an intimate conversational experience. Food was fair. The experience was what we enjoyed most.
Floors were sticky, and the host staff was concerning. It's overpriced for sure, but the dessert is worth it. Fun for what it's worth, but the few times I've been here I haven't been blown away.
Food was good as usual but sat at a table that looked directly into an open service area. Not a table I would expect for the price paid for dinner
The food was great and our host Gabrielle was so nice and professional! We really appreciated him.
It was an amazing experience. So fun!
Was great service and great food!
