The fondue experience begins with a savory cheese fondue prepared tableside, followed by your choice of fresh salad. It’s definitely NOT the Mona Lisa. Thought we’d try this after moving back. The cheese fondue was bland and tasteless, with mostly bread fillers and little fruit or veggies. Dipping sauces for the main course were awful. Of the 6 I found one that wasn’t overly sweet. The chocolate course was fair. Again, it was mostly carb fillers and tiny pieces of fruit. I’d save your $$$$, and dine elsewhere.

In short summary, you definitely are paying more for an experience than you are for food quality and value. My wife and I like to try new experiences and were celebrating our anniversary for the occasion we came into the restaurant. I made a reservation for the Deluxe Lovers Lane special since it was for our anniversary and while it was a little fun, overall, I will say I walked away disappointed. The Melting Pot's idea of romance is very different from mine and not quite what I feel was advertised for this package. The flower bouquet was fine but nothing special and the idea of a candlelight dinner, you don't envision a tiny little tea light candle with a few rose petals. We were also placed in a back area booth probably for privacy, but the problem with that is you are easily forgotten which was our experience. Our server seemed to get lost and was not very attentive, so much so that our dinner lasted over 2 hours and we missed another reservation at a spa even though we mentioned we had plans after dinner. We never got the photo that is advertised and had to remind our server that the special comes with 6 chocolate dipped strawberries. The prices are exorbitant for what you get and I kept thinking I could have done so much better doing fondu and a candlelight romantic dinner and probably still saved money. Again, you are paying for the experience and sadly in our case, service was slow and poor which left us disappointed.

I have been to the melting pot multiple times and have loved it every time except for this time. I brought my family for a birthday for their first time and the service was embarrassing. Bradley meant well but he was messy and forgetful. Didn’t clear the table all the way before bringing out the next course. Salad had the wrong dressing on it and instead of replacing it he just brought the correct dressing to put over top. For the price that I am paying I expect the service to be top tier. And it usually is but I am disappointed in this visits service to the point that I probably won’t be back for a while.

Our waitress Sophia, really was amazing! So helpful in explaining the process. She was friendly and very personable. Having a small table in hallway near the bathroom was not the ambience we were looking for however. The food and overall experience was great and we can't wait to come back again!

We had a great experience. Cindy did an amazing job with our table, being friendly and making sure that we got with everything we needed. I was super surprised by the rose that she brought for me and the other woman we were having dinner with at the end of dinner. That was especially kind. The food was excellent and the ambience was great. The only thing I was not super impressed by were the $11 mules from a can but only getting about half the can in a very small glass.

This is an experience you have to have at least once. We wish we had known better for the price what the best options are for 4. We would next time skip the entree and salad portions. We learned on our own that sparkling water is $5 a glass.

Our reservation was at 445 but we weren't seated for about 10+ minutes. Once we were seated, it was another 10 minutes until we were greeted but our server was great. The cheese fondue didn't come with enough items for dipping and the cheese became chewy. But the meat and broth were good and the S’mores fondue was amazing. I paid for the romance package which came with a dozen red roses and the image for it showed longstemmed but we received very small roses in a jar. The chocolate Strawberries were wonderful. We were placed next to a table that was very loud and had little privacy for discussions. There were plenty of other tables open.

Celebrated a birthday with a larger group and it was everyone's first time except for a couple people and it was such a great experience amazing food, service, and great price for all the delicious food options you get. the server was amazing, she was super nice and accommodating kept up on drinks and checked in frequently and didn't rush us even with our experience taking over the 2 hours and keeping them there after close. Would recommend a million times to friends and family truly a great experience shout out to the melting pot and staff for making such a memorable birthday for me.

The smell in the restaurant upon entry felt unclean. Not an appetizing aroma. And the music was loud and unappealing to families. I think it’s important to play music according to the customer. It was a Sunday with mostly elderly and families, and sounded like a club. Service was okay but unknowledgeable.

Once again we had an amazing dinner. Alessio is a superb waiter. Every time we go to the Melting Pot he takes such great care of us. He even remembered the wine we enjoy and had it ready for us as soon as we sat down. Hands down this is our favorite place for date night.

We came here for our anniversary, we did the romance pack experience, it was well worth the price. The fondue was yummy and fun, salads were delicious, entree's we're really good and cooking together was fun. Dessert fondue was also great! I'm picky about my drinks, and I loved both drinks I ordered. Wait staff was very nice, and quick. Totally recommend!

Went here for a long over due date night with my husband. I’ve eaten here once before, and couldn’t wait for my husband to experience it too. Travelled 150 mi. We left disappointed. We were only weakly greeted upon arrival. We were seated at a table near the entrance to the kitchen, the bar, and the front door, at a table with a booth seat on one side and two hard chairs on the other. The hostess didn’t even ask if the table would be ok. I really wanted somewhere a little more secluded. The table location was not at all romantic! The waitress took our order and then came and started making the cheese sauce while my husband was in the restroom. The cheese sauce was heavy with the taste of beer ( I ordered the same kind last time and loved it) the selection for items to dip in the cheese was not nearly as good as the last time I ate there (pre Covid). The celery had brown spots on it as did the broccoli. I would expect to get fresher vegetables when paying such a high price! The steak was good, but they only brought one small tray of veggies. We each got 3 small pieces of potato, 2 pieces of broccoli, 3 mushrooms and 2 zucchini. There was something wrong with our burner. It started out just fine, and then the cast iron pan got so cool that it wouldn’t cook the veggies. We turned it off and then back on, and had to wait quite a while for it to heat up again so we could cook the rest of our steak. We were turned off by the face piercings on the hostess and waitress, and the overall unkempt look of the staff members we saw. We were also turned off when our waitress, more that once, set dirty dishes from other tables on our table to pick up our dirty dishes. Then the waitress lit our flaming chocolate turtle on fire while I was in the restroom! Strawberries were good. For $150 total, I was sorely disappointed. What was supposed to be very special night out ended up being the equivalent of a high priced trip to McDonald’s. I’m sad to see customer service skills dying!

The music may need tweaked, they were really bad covers - maybe some instrumental only. And the salmon would not stay on the fork so I can only assume it was good. Amazing creative drinks! Cheese fondue outstanding. The new spicy cocktail sauce - it’s a keeper! Our server was fantastic - definitely the dark chocolate for the flaming turtle!! Thank you for a great birthday!

I took my 11 yr son out to celebrate the start of Spring Break. The Melting Pot delivered us the perfect night out! The food was incredible (he especially liked the S’mores dessert fondue), our server was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant itself was comfortable with excellent ambiance. They even offer a variety of spirit-free cocktails so my son could join in a toast to a great night!

The service was excellent, food was great, atmosphere was fun at the bar top, not as intimate as in the dining section. We will be back!

Our experience is always wonderful. This past Saturday evening our server was the.best. my husband is very hard of hearing and legally deaf. Our server took the best care of us the whole time. Dinner was fabulous!

The food was great. Just the service was very very slow. We were there over 2.5 hours. For example, from when I asked for the check to when we received it was over 15 mins. That same pattern was true for everything else in the night.

My Wife and I had our Valentine’s Day date there! The cost was $269 for the Diamond package. Cons first: - Last minute reservation so we had to sit at the bar so the cost should’ve been lowered by at least $50-75. I would’ve paid that much more to sit at a booth for some more privacy and space. Or maybe it did cost more for a booth but it wasn’t advertised as so. - not sure the food quality was 💯 worth the price as we eat regenerative farming foods only so the quality is easily distinguishable. Then again… the main entree we got to cook ourselves so it could’ve been user error 😉 Pros: - It was still a great experience! Definitely recommend going and experiencing Melting Pot! - Sam was our waiter and he was GREAT at what he does and definitely deserves a raise or should leave to go make millions in a sales job. - the noise level was actually lower than we were expecting which was really nice. - food was still good! Overall 9/10 experience, or 4.5/5, for atmosphere, experience, price @ a bar, and quality of food!
