At the Melting Pot we specialize in fun and interactive four-course fondue dinners, great for every occasion. The fondue experience begins with a savory cheese fondue prepared tableside, followed by your choice of fresh salad. For the main event, choose from a wide variety of tantalizing meats, seafood, and fresh vegetables, certain to please even the most particular of palates. Then cook them tableside in one of our savory broths or even in traditional oil. All of our entrée selections are paired with our famous house dipping sauces, including the garden fresh green goddess, our sweet teriyaki glaze, and the tangy ginger plum sauce. And just when you think it couldn't get better, the grand finale: a choice of decadent chocolate fondues presented with a platter of sweet bits for dipping.

Have been here before for a 16th birthday for my daughter. Went back this time for my 25th wedding anniversary. Always an exceptional experience. Food, service and atmosphere is exceptional as well.

Service was really good. The food was well prepared, but for a family of four, and what you pay for each meal, more vegetables and potatoes would have been nice. Overall it was a nice dinner.

The food at Melting Pot is fantastic. Of course you cook it yourself, so if its burnt there is no-one to blame but you. :)
As far as the service, we were disappointed. We could tell our waitress was to busy. As the day and meal went on she did pick up the service as the restaurant slowed down. We had a good time, but not sure if it was worth the cost.

We eat at the melting pot almost once a month. This was a terrible experience. The server acted like she didn’t care about us at all. She didn’t refill our drinks, didn’t bring butter for our lobster. Didn’t turn the burner on for our desert. She never checked on us. Just dropped food off and left. Overall there was more she acted preoccupied but they weren’t busy. Spending $130 on dinner for 2 you would expect more. I sure do.

It was so much fun! The menu is a bit confusing but our waiter explained it perfectly and helped guide us on the amount of food. Even those in the group that were not excited initially, had a great time. The food was AMAZING and our waiter had it all timed perfectly.

If you don't mind noisy chatter this is the place for a grand cheese experience. The waitstaff is knowledgeable and friendly as they produce a delightful fondue.

We were celebrating our 30th anniversary and were treated with such kindness and respect. Also with utmost patience. My husband is very hard of hearing and our server was so helpful. It was such a wonderful wonderful dining experience celebrating a special occasion. The food was excellent, such a neat experience. Thank you The Melting Pot!!! Mike and Laurie

My wife and I had a very pleasant dinner for two at the melting pot. We did the four course dinner, but we split some of the courses as we knew from experience it is too easy to fill up and not enjoy the the desert....which would be a crime! :) always fun to go to the melting pot! We were surprised to learn the no longer had a liquor license (which was ok with us).

Enjoyed celebrating a couple of birthdays. We ordered 2 of the 4 course experience from the menu for 3 of us and had more than enough food. It was delicious and relaxed meal. It had been many years since we had eaten there. For sure we will return sooner.

I came here with my husband for our anniversary. Our water was very friendly, informative, and helpful. We got the 4 course meal. It tasted so great, and I'm sure I've put on a few pounds from this experience, but all worth it.

Absolutely EXCELLENT service and food! Our waitress was very attentive, and even though we’ve dined at the Melting Pot (in Spokane) before, he was great in explaining options and even ways to save a little bit.

We waited 45 minutes to be served water. We had 2 separate waiters tell us they would bring us menus and didn’t. We were actually getting up to walk out when the waitress finally showed back up. The chocolate fondue wasn’t even warm.

It was my birthday/anniversary. The seating was private and comfortable. Unfortunately, the couple next to us was extremely loud and inconsiderate the entire time. Along with a group of people that were even louder somewhere in the restaurant that made it hard to even hear the music they were playing. Our waitress was doing the best she could but was very distracted with the overwhelming amount of people she had to serve that night. Our food took longer than expected for every course. We were there for 2 hours before calling it quits because we were exhausted. Hadn’t even got to our last course, had to have the waitress bag it up for us. Was told because of the occasion there would be a special birthday dessert, which we also didn’t get. I had requested to buy a bottle of wine, was told they didn’t have it. She came back with a different bottle for me to try which I didn’t like and after a while came back to the table with the bottle of wine I originally had asked for. On a few different occasions she had forgotten to bring everything we needed for our courses, and not any fault of hers but the pepper bottle was broken and got pepper on everything including in my boyfriends beer. In my opinion, paying what we did PLUS extra for the add-ons I expected better service and a much quieter setting. It was his first experience and can’t say that we would go back for that kind of occasion.

The food is wonderful. The service there was appalling. I can count on one hand how many times we saw our server in the 3 hrs we were there. I went to the front of the restaurant to ask for a manager to complain. It was also empty. The message I got from the employees was “we charge a lot for great food and poopy, slow service”

I have had the opportunity to dine here a number of times. Each has been simply amazing-great food , knowledgeable friendly staff and very accommodating. Ambiance is very pleasing depending on seating location it can be loud but manageable. For my money it was worth every penny!

The food was fantastic. Our waiter was on the lower end of acceptable. Inattentive, presumptuous, and lacking overall. My wife has Celiac’s disease and is unable to have gluten in any shape. Our waiter failed to take this into consideration and delivered the cheese in one pot which means that we were unable to have the bread dipped into the main pot as it would cross contaminate it. We had to suggest a second bowl for the cheese. We did not get to select the cooking style, we had wanted Coq au Vin, but he brought the vegetable style without asking if that’s what we wanted. At one point he left us there for approximately 20 minutes without checking on us at all. Very disappointing. This was our second visit and the first time was amazing, but it just goes to show how important the server is to the overall experience. We may or may not try this location again.

We really like the Melting Pot, for a pleasant change from the "usual" restaurant. We were there to celebrate our Anniversary. The food was very good, but it took us 2 1/2 hours to get through our meal because of slow service by our waiter. He was training another waiter, but the waitress at the next table was much more attentive to her guests, visiting their table twice as many times as our waiter(s) visited ours. They got their food much more timely. They arrived after my wife and I, by at least 15 minutes, ordering almost the exact same meal, and were finished and gone, well ahead of us.
