In for a quiet dinner, set in a section full our loud unruly guests whose phones not only went off constantly, the had loud calls and played videos on speaker! One family had 2 tables and were constantly going back and forth. One guest was running his company over dinner. Another table was never cleaned even though the guests left before we were seated, so we got to view all their dirty dishes. Host blew our table location as there were MANY other tables available. Also, charging for refills for our sodas? Really? That short on profit? Really made me question if I will ever return to this location again. Waiter was fine, seemed to be attentive, but we were his only table in this noisy section, so hardly saw him.

We frequent The Melting Pot. We love it every time. We had an amazing server (I can’t remember your name, I’m so sorry!) who made us a special version of the Fiesta cheese—we literally said on the way to the restaurant that we hoped to have a veteran who makes us something special. Thank you!!! The restaurant could use an update—we always giggle about the labyrinthine layout.

Our server Liv was so awesome she made the experience excellent! We travel almost 2 hours several times per year just to come to this melting pot (it’s the closest we have) and we never have a bad experience. Plus they have amazing gluten free options which is sadly not common! We’ll always keep coming back for both amazing food and great experiences with staff!

Fun and delicious! We got the 4 course meal. There were 3 of us, so we tried the original entree plus the Pacific Rim and the Steak Lovers. Flaming Turtle was great!

My one negative is this location is so cold. The temperature affects your ability to relax and enjoy the food. I heard other patrons mention they were freezing. It is unpleasant to be cold and trying to relax and enjoy your food. The restaurant should inquire from customers about the temperature.
