   This is the second time I’ve dined at The Market Place, and it was just as outstanding as the first! My meal was delicious, and the wine that was suggested paired nicely. Highly recommend!

   Always enjoy this Asheville gem. Food is so flavorful fresh and beautiful! Had the yummy carrot ginger soup tonight with the roast chicken dinner, onion tart and greens. Dessert was almond cake soaked in Amaretti and Marzipan topped with dark chocolate and raspberry sauce. Fabulous! Will be back!

   Great Farm to Table restaurant located in downtown Asheville, NC. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the food tasted great. I would recommend the trout

   We enjoyed our round table for 8 and were in a great spot in the restaurant. Regan was our waiter and she was fun and efficient too.

   This was a great place for the 7 of us. Spacious, well-appointed, farm to table, with excellent service. The food was all excellent in taste. The beef tartar and the a grilled asparagus appetizers were delicious. For entrees, the trout was off the menu and there was no seafood replacement which was a bit disappointing. The lamb shank, the burger, the brick chicken were all very tasty, presented terrifically and good size portions. Three of us had the mushroom tagliatelle which was savory and delicious but, mysteriously the portion size was downright small. Great to be here in Asheville and would surely come back here again, and please address the portion size on the pasta. Thanks for a very good experience.

   Fantastic restaurant. The creativity and quality here rival restaurants in much larger metropolitan areas. If you’re in the Asheville area and looking for an outstanding dining experience you won’t go wrong here. Contemporary cuisine with fresh, local ingredients prepared with thoughtfulness and skill.

   Amazing food that is unique and fresh, and seasonal cocktails with a twist. Justin, our server, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about the food and drink menu and made excellent suggestions. The roasted carrots, mushroom tagliatelle and trout were phenomenal. We look forward to going back to try the other items on the menu.
