   This was one of the best if not the best meal I have ever had in Chicago. The food was incredible and the service impeccable. It was worth every penny.

   Food was fabulous, light and airy atmosphere, very attentive staff, and I loved the violinist and cellist that played during my lunch :)

   I love the lobby when I want a posh, quiet place for a chill celebration or a nice conversation. Food is delicious and the service wonderful. A bit pricey but hey, it’s the Pen.

   I started going again to The Lobby since I came back from a junket trip. Have tried other venues and I keep circling back to my fave: The Lobby, for wonderful service and ambience.

   Food was cold. Tea was teabags not loose leaf. This has happened past 2 times. Things have changed here. Room is still gorgeous. Food quality has diminished.

   Excellent service from concierge to staff. Always a pleasure when they acknowledge my absence. I feel at home at The Lobby! I highly recommend to everyone!
