The Lazy Goat is a Mediterranean-themed restaurant with a menu featuring global influences from Spain, Morocco, Italy, France, Greece, Africa and the Middle East in a relaxed atmosphere where taking the time to "linger and share" is encouraged.

The diverse menu was created to accommodate a variety of diner preferences with meat & cheese plates, small plates to “graze and nibble,” and main dishes.

Guests are invited to take their time while "trying a little bit of this and a little bit of that" or a "whole lot of whatever they like."

Table 301 is the best choice for wedding receptions, cocktail parties, luncheons, meetings, in home dinners and fundraising events.

    I requested a reservation at a table with a view of the river, but I was given a table in the back. The place is very beautiful, and the service was good, but there was that issue. On top of that, we had asked for bread and it took quite a while to arrive. The food was delicious!

    I live downtown and have been to every restaurant downtown Greenville and in the surrounding areas countless times in the last decade. I can honestly say that my experience a Lazy Goat last night was the best service experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I truly will never forget how well they treated us. I am gluten-free and ordered the pasta with gluten-free noodles and they came back and said they ran out of gluten-free noodles. I was very disappointed as we went out that night to celebrate my promotion, so the waiter contacted their sister restaurant and someone went and got the noodles for me! I was shocked and amazed but their service!! Then they surprised us with champagne and dessert for my celebration! 2 managers came by to check on my food, too, to make sure the pasta was to my liking. I cannot say good enough things about Lazy Goat and the staff. Every restaurant should strive to be like them. They will have my business for years to come!

    We yet another fabulous experience at the Lazy. Goat! We had a great table with a view. The food was perfect and our server was perfect. This our favorite restaurant downtown Greenville.

    Our first time to The Lazy Goat and it was great! All of our food was incredible starting with the fried goat cheese and brussels sprouts. Our entrees were the falafel bowl, Moroccan chicken salad wrap and the chef's pasta feature and all were great! The atmosphere by the water feature was nice and relaxing and our server David was fantastic! I would absolutely go back and can highly recommend this place.

    Food was good. Service was great. Not a place for disabled people. Hard to understand the layout of the restaurant. Lots of stairs. Elevator poorly located.
