   Consistently great food, service and surroundings keep bringing us back to The Lazy Goat. My granddaughter and I had a leisurely Sunday evening with service by an attentive yet unobtrusive waiter who gave us all the time that we wanted while taking care of every need. Flat bread pizzas were perfect and the Spiced Rum Negroni was especially nice. Love the Lazy Goat!

   We had not been to TLG in several months mainly because the food last time was really mediocre. This visit was a very different experience. Truffle pomme frites, piadina bianca Italian flatbread, and smoked paprika tagliatelle were all outstanding. Bersao "Berola" red wine was great. We'll be back...sooner than last time.

   We were visiting from Indiana and it was our first time to The Lazy Goat. It exceeded expectations! Loved the atmosphere and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

   We had a reservation and still had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. I asked about our table and was told they were still busing tables. Seconds later, we were told our table was ready. I think it was already available and the staff forgot to check. It was very loud in the room and drafty with the windows. Our waiter was great and the food was good.

   Service was slow but we were not in a hurry! Food came out great, love the Moroccan Lamb! I have to say, food was better this visit. Last time it came out cold and service was slow then as well. Overall, we all enjoyed our drinks and food!

    Great atmosphere, great food and service. The only reason I didn't give the food 5 stars was out friends wasn't hot enough. They took care of it right away though. Overall great experience. We will be back.

    Our first time dining at Lazy goat, great evening. Interior decor modern and comfortable , tables spaced nicely. Our server was on point. We had a wonderful brunello reasonably priced, large selection of wines to choose. We started with truffle fries and a Moroccan lamb stew , topped with yogurt accompanied by toasted pita. Next a lamb and vegetable ragu over papparedell . Followed by a crispy pizza margarita . Will return again soon, many choices to look forward to.

    Birthday dinner - traveling from out of town/ our first time here- excellent service from our waiter (!!) and wonderful seating at the window overlooking the river. Had the Restaurant Week menu. Wonderful Brussel sprouts. Husband enjoyed the sea bass, but portion was rather skimpy. Chicken was just okay but rather dry/over cooked, lacked seasoning. Might come back when we’re back in town again as your menu has a lot of interesting things we’d like to try.

    Meh.... I was disappointed. Food was nothing to get excited about. I ordered the angus steak and my wife ordered the seafood stew (started with a Z??). I felt like I could make these dishes much better. The service was good... just not wild about the overall food experience.

    We truly enjoyed the Lazy Goat. It was my husband’s birthday & they gave us each a glass of champagne & he also got a free dessert. The food was delicious & our server, Lina was super sweet & very attentive. We are definitely coming back for more!

    Our waiter, Henry, was excellent! He walked us through the menu and made sure to answer our questions. He was attentive-made sure we had all we needed. The food was delicious -great presentation. Very enjoyable experience!

    I am visiting Greenville from NYC. All I can say is outstanding! The ambiance was beautiful, the food is spectacular...I am having the leftovers for breakfast the next day. My boyfriend Bruce and I had the Lazy Paella and the Ravioli Do Pepe. My drink of choice was the Blood Orange Mule which was fabulous. Our waiter was very attentive and the host was very welcoming upon arrival. I will be revisiting LG again along with their sister restaurants. Bravo to the chef!

    Our first experience. Location is lovely. Cocktails wonderful. Food was beautiful, flavors balanced and textures spot-on. Our server, Scotland was attentive, cheerful and memorable. Price was very reasonable considering the quality. Ticked all of our boxes. Definitely recommend.

    Duck Flatbread was delicious yet has a crust that is a tad too thick for our taste, calamari was delicious as well and seemed to be prepared sous vide with very little char, would go back for the view!

    Food, ambiance and service was awesome. Pork Osso Bucco and tagliatelle with chorizo and Calabrian chili were outstanding. One issue was, ordered 2012 bottle of Spanish Rioja but waiter attempted to slip in a 2013. Sommelier came by and offered a better bottle for same price. Seems restaurant does not know their stocks and tried a bait and switch. All worked out. Our 4th LG experience and others were without any issues.
