We had a fabulous long lunch, impressive food, great Table, attentive lovely staff. Thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you!
Great place to eat in the neighbourhood Would go back again
Food was good, but extremely expensive. Service not v attentive and restaurant v noisy.
The pub has such great atmosphere but some of the meals were a bit of a let down. The food itself was great, but the serving size was very small for £17. We had expected a lot more for that kind of price.
My favourite pub in London. Great atmosphere. Lovely service. Food is very good and menu changes weekly. A gem in Notting Hill. I have been going for 10 years and counting.
Food was really awesome for a pub. Service was sweet, efficient and forgiving (I had kids who spilled juice and broke a glass)
The Ladbroke arms is not your average pub: food is delicious, the place is very cosy and doesn’t smell like beer ;) service great
Well prepared and executed dishes with a good selection of beers and wines. The relaxed atmosphere
and vibrant crowd makes for a good Saturday evening.
Friendly, reasonable, good location. Everything was perfect.
Great gastro pub with very good food and short but seasonal menu and good products. The wine list is exhaustive and the staff is happy and able to recommend what you should pick. It’s the second time I go and I will go back. I also like the outside small terrace where you can sit for a smoke or have a drink
This is our "local" and never disappoints. The food and the service are excellent. The only quibble is with the price of the pan-fried turbot with confit fennel - £34 seems too high.
The dining area of the pub was unexpectedly closed due to an emergency plumbing problem on the day we booked for lunch.
We arrived and were greeted with apologies and fantastic service from the staff who were going completely out of their way to find alternative nearby pubs who could take lunch reservations. Outstanding service! Hopefully one day we can return to try the food.
Just a great neighbourhood place. If you want fish and chips go to hill gate. If you want something more adult, go here.
This has a fun pub atmosphere. Old world charm with a great traditional Sunday roast.
Great very well cooked food and super selection of beer and wine. Service was excellent. A big smile and nice chat too.
One of the best gastropub in Notting hill, always a winner. Food and service both great, definitely recommend the ladroke arms.
Amazing from start to finish. Going back next weekend!
Regardless of whether it's a casual dinner with friends, a date-night or just the need for a place to relax, The Ladbroke Arms is a magical place.
Fantastic service, tasty food, and lovely atmosphere.
Excellent pub dining. Great atmosphere , lots of noise indoor but part of the experience! Attentive and personal service. Very Good food quality. I will be back! Highly recommended.
This is one of my favourite local haunts and while the menu is small and changes daily I think it is usually outstanding with dishes packed with flavour and interesting combinations. It gets very busy when the weather is warm when the outdoor terrace is buzzing. You can't book a table outside but it's worth getting there early to sit there in this peaceful spot.
Awesome food as it always seems to be. Still can’t find better
That was a nice pub. Good food but a little bit expensive (£24 for the Sunday Roast and the dessert was expensive for the quantity) and the service was quite slow. I would recommend the staff to ask the clients which size of the glass of wine they want. They don't ask so they bring the bigger glass...
Seemed slightly meaner with meat than usual but still excellent taste.
Kind and considerate service and help. I use a portable oxygen concentrator, and needed a table near an electrical point. Pub with a friendly atmosphere; and food standards are good.
Good pub - a bit expensive for what it is. I think the fries were not home made. Other than that, good atmosphere and good food!
One of my favorite spots in London, classic.
Such a great experience, went there early for drinks before being sat at our table and the ambience was great. Staff were very attentive and friendly, food was great and we'll definitely be back!
Third visit here and, again, had lovely food. I've eaten many a mushroom risotto, but this one was without doubt exceptionally good. Relaxed, and dog friendly.
Really enjoyed our meal here on a snowy evening. Charming staff. Delicious food and good fun. Thank you
Above average local pub
We went for Valentine's Day dinner and found the food and service impeccable. Prices were very reasonable as well. Very nice atmosphere as well. Lively but not too loud.
Best Sunday roast in west London with great wine selection
A nice atmosphere and very tasty food. A great local haunt.
Very noisy. We we’re 4 people aroubd a tavle and able to hear what the two on the other side of the table said.
As well, we arrived for our booked table 8.30pm and was only served the starters 9.00 and mains 10.15... and the place closed 11.30.. they apologiesed with extra bread, but not fair to wait that long.
Can only recommend this place for Sunday roast or outside eating. The place itself is lovely and good as a pub.
Excellent service in a friendly and comfortable neighbourhood pub. My Irish visitor and I were treated to an excellent dinner; and served by friendly and courteous staff.
Always a pleasure to eat at the "Laddie" where the food is beautifully prepared and cooked. It's also a great proper pub to go and have a couple of pints with friends or even solo...
Great inventive and delicious food.
Very friendly and helpful service.
Very uncomfortable table for two next to steps and half in a doorway.
Excellent service and delicious foo. Very friendly environment
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for 5 years. And last Friday was the worst experience by far. The lamb and steak arrived cold (after waiting for an hour for it!). We sent it back, and the steak came back chewy and hard. And they didn’t bother heating the lamb, it was still cold. There was no one to speak to as the waitresses were avoiding the back room entirely. We complained again when someone finally came over 40 min later- and her response was “well what do you want me to do?”. We explained I couldn’t even eat my steak bc it was so rubbery. She just shrugged her shoulders and left us to it.
The bill came, and we asked to speak to the manager. She apologised as they were short staffed and it was a busy night, so we were given a “discount” on inedible steak and cold lamb. We then asked to remove service bc it was so appalling. Hugely disappointing.
I was recommended Ladbroke Arms by a friend who was a regular costumer a couple of years age. Sunday dinner with the grown up sons was terrific.
