   We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday and from start to finish everything was great! Lauren helped me with the reservations and was kind, accommodating and professional in a very refreshing way! John our server was welcoming and knew the menu to help with food selection. He was just the right amount of attentive. There was something for everyone on the menu, the starters were delicious as well as the mains. I recommend and will return for sure!

   Unfortunately, the main dining room was extremely noisy. However, there was an outdoor (tent) seating area that fortunately had available seating. That area was comfortable, but also unfortunately (at no fault of the restaurant) there was a customer pretending to be restaurant staff, which was awkward and strange. Last issue with our experience was that half the main entrées were not available that evening, as the kitchen had run out of them. We left after we finished the raw bar selection (that was actually delicious) because the remaining items on the menu did not appeal to us.

   Not great, to be honest. We’ve been there multiple times before, but this was not a good experience. The food was okay at best, with tempura shrimp still a good item, but the cabbage salad was tasteless and the pork chop was undercooked. Remarkably, they had run out of burgers, which makes their menu much harder for many to navigate.

   Absolutely superb. From the friendly professional greeting at the door, to the magnificent three some taking care of us at the table, to the most delicious king salmon and short rib ever, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Highest recommendation.

   The Kitchen is always good. Pork chop came out badly undercooked, but once notified the waiter took care of it immediately and the next delivery was perfect! The Trout Appetizer is very good.

   Service was first rate. Attentive but not annoying. Authentic not fake. Noise level was a bit high. Salad was great. Shrimp were great. Skillet cookie was very good, ice cream on top was so so. I was very impressed with this restaurant. I recommend it.

    Everything we had was fantastic. I ordered the pork chop and my boyfriend ordered the chicken and both were cooked perfectly and served with perfect compliments. The drinks were good and the chocolate chip cookie with their own ice cream was a great finish. The service was great and friendly. Would definitely return if we are back in the area.

    Have been here several times, most recently in March 2023. The atmosphere is great -- cozy, friendly, bustling -- and the food is excellent. The only downside is that it is pricey, even by Jackson standards.

    Date night. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated for our 7:30 reservation (we arrived on time), then felt like the waitstaff rushed us out at 9:30. Nothing on the menu was super exciting, except the Hamachi crudol

    Ate here with a friend on Valentine’s Day and we had a great evening! The food was delicious, prices are high but that’s Jackson. The ramen was a large portion which was great, the other apps we got like the bison tartare were perfect to share.

    We highly recommend The Kitchen. We made our reservation only 3 hours before we ate on a Friday night. Creative, delicious recipes, (king salmon, beef cheeks). The entre and dessert prices were not bad, although drinks were expensive. Overall a great meal.

    Our waiter John was terrific… professional and personable the perfect combination. We each enjoyed our appetizers and entrees. John was able to get a wine by the glass for us as whole bottles though it didn’t appear available on the menu. Super responsive and helpful. Hamachi appetizer was fresh, and tasty. Pork chop, mushroom ramen noodles fortifying and scrumptious, the chicken was super juicy with the harass sauce out of this world!!! Apex fabulous!!!

    Cocktails are craft, and delicious! The tempura shrimp were super tasty and crispy! My wife had the chicken and I had the pork chop and both were very good and well accompanied by creative sides. We were visiting from Texas and this was our first time to Kitchen, and we’d definitely return! Our waiter was really cool and helpful, Jay, I think was his name! Top notch!     The food was very good but my pork chop seemed much smaller than my date’s. We especially loved the Ono. Although the waiter was personable and enhanced the experience, it was a bit of a slow start. We were sat next to the fireplace which felt awkward/hidden away/claustrophobic. We enjoyed ourselves, but overall it was overvalued.

    The Kitchen offers good and interesting food in a vibrant setting with adept service. The menu has changed over the years and the quality has been up and down but the restaurant is currently in very good form. One of the better places to eat in Jackson Hole without being fussy.
