   Shrimp appetizer was good. Cabbage salad was also good. Perhaps the best part of our meal. Burger was good but the fries were not hot or crispy even though we asked for that. My wife only ate maybe 3 of them. I got the 4 day pork shank and was not all that impressed with it. Lacked flavor in my opinion. Also, the beer isn’t all that cold either. I don’t think will return after all the choices Jackson has to offer.

   The outdoor tent is nicely done but doesn't have the same ambiance as inside. The music was a bit too loud in the tent. Food is always has some interesting, yummy flavors and the presentation is beautiful! Beste was terrific and we hope to see her again soon! The Kitchen is always a local favorite!

   My bestie and I are visiting from Los Angeles and we truly enjoyed this dinner! We were greeted by their stellar host Lolo who gave us recommendations of sister restaurants and kept checking in on us if we needed anything. The food was delicious, the restaurant is clean and modern, & the staff are attentive and friendly. Thanks for making our dinner extra special!

   Innovative menu. Asian and cabbage inspired. But in a good way, even if you don't like cabbage. The braised pork was huge, and I took half of it home. The duck was perfectly prepared, and I liked the cabbage with blue cheese (surprised since I usually don't like cabbage). But there are lots of choices that are other options. I am going back to try the raw bar next. I've been here 10 years and can't believe I didn't find this gem sooner.

   Creative beverages and tempura shrimp were starters. Mason, an excellent server and very helpful, patient and professional; delicious food; and special prices make the Kitchen a winner tonight. The pork shank was tender, moist and served with very tasty side dishes. The hamburger and fries excellent. (Two of us will try it next time). One order of duck was tender and delish and one order of duck had gristle tho' when tender pieces eaten the flavor was divine! If you want quiet dining this is not the place but if you want to feel energy and hear happy voices then this is the place. Don't miss dessert as the cookie with ice cream is a sweet ending.

   My wife and I are Jackson Hole regulars and The Kitchen is always at the top of our list of places to eat when we’re in town. It’s one of several amazing restaurants that are a part of the Fine Dining Group and while they all deliver, The Kitchen stands out among them all. You can tell the GM truly cares about their customer’s experience and we certainly appreciate their attention to detail and of course, the amazing food and hospitality you will get every time you visit.

   we are semi regulars out for a date the pork shank was overcooked but the staff was very personable and professional and replaced it with the pork chop it was good the ramen was good the service, and staff, was well above average

    We had such a great experience from the start with LoLo as our server, great cocktails, great apps, wonderful entrees and to top it all off with a chocolate chip skillet dessert. One of our top 10 dining experiences ever and really made our visit to Jackson Hole special. Big shout out to LoLo for her excellent hospitality and taking the time to make us feel welcome.
