We had an excellent meal and experience here. They had wonderful gluten-free options for my wife, and we had extremely good food here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The service was very good, we were treated wonderfully. The prices were fair.

Th cocktails were original and tasted great, but the menu for food was a little lacking...sweet potato fries were a nice little side though.

Despite the restaurant having no record of the booking through Open Table the manager was extremely accomodating and the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. A fantastic evening!

We were very surprised when we visited Jam Tree. They had brought in a new menu but not updated the menu out the front of the restaurant OR online. Unfortunately the new menu did not cater well for those trying to eat healthy/ vegetarian or those with food allergies and our group were a little challenged ordering. The décor was quirky and comfortable and staff were friendly (although it was clear some were very new). Drinks were good and well priced, with a great selection of cocktails to order. Overall if we were aware of the new menu we wouldn't have chosen to eat there as it was more suited to large portions/ American style meals, such a shame but lesson learnt.

Had a lovely Sunday lunch at the jam tree. We had a baby and buggy so they kindly seated us upstairs in a lovely private room. The food was delicious and service was attentive and good. Would definitely recommend!

We had a confirmed reservation for my friend's birthday dinner. When we got there they didn't have it in their reservation list. Instead of apologising and trying to find us a table they said 'well you have to understand it's Friday', plus they made a whole lot of excuses and basically blaming us for a short-notice reservation on a busy night. It was super noisy anyways so we left and went elsewhere. Certainly not going back. Bad service combined with the wrong attitude.
