Had the English breakfast but they used streaky bacon instead of traditional bacon. As a Brit that lives in the USA I was looking forward to real British bacon so was a little disappointed. Overall though it was cooked well and a good experience.

Food was ok nothing special, service was attentive, restaurant was busy. Will definitely not be rushing back. Poor for the price and much better options locally... I had a starter of crab and prawns on avocado which was too soft. The avocado should have been firm. It ruined it, especially since I had the same dish in another restaurant recently which was superb!

Unfortunately my first impression did not live up to expectations. We arrived at 12.50pm, our table was booked for 1pm. We were told that our table wasn't ready and to come back at 1pm. So we went back at 1pm and was told again that our table still wasn't ready, we waited another 30 minutes, standing by the main door. After waiting 20 minutes we were offered a glass of prosecco and said we could sit at the bar.. now why was that no offered to us when we arrived at 12.50pm? We had a show to go to for 3pm so we didn't have much time to enjoy the Ivy experience, which was a shame as the meal was a present for my Mum's 80th Birthday. So im quite disappointed..

We enjoy it every time at Ivy Market Grill. Very nice Staff and such a charming Place. The Meals are delicious and they have a good choice of Breakfast.

Excellent service and good food. My ribeye was prepared exactly to my preference, and all along the waiter was attentively and nicely looking after us (I wish I had asked for his name). The only minus was that we felt a bit too warm in the restaurant. Yet it did not undermine the great food and service. Next time I wish I could try their Osso Buco which seemed to be only on the monthly menu.
