   We have been to this Ivy many times but we're disappointed this time. The staff were well meaning but my steak arrived with no sauce or side dish. By the time they came my steak was cold. I asked for it to be reheated but they brought a second one. This turned out to be inedible. Very tough and very fatty. The manager offered to give me a refund. But I did not get my dinner! My husband's lobster linguine was good. All in all a poor experience. And over £90 to leave hungry!

   Great birthday dinner at the Ivy. This was a new Ivy location for us and it did not disappoint. Service and food were great and atmosphere at Christmas could not be beat. Think straight out of the Holiday.

   Thank you to the wonderful staff at the Ivy Marylebone for looking after us so well. Despite the place being so busy our food came on time and beautifully prepared. The welcome was warm and professional. It is a special brasserie.

   It was busy, noisy and tightly packed. I went with a girlfriend for a pre-Christmas get together and we couldn’t get out of there quick enough. The food was great, the experience was not. I felt sorry for the staff, who were having to deal with way too many people crammed in.

   Staff were very nice, service was good and food arrived quickly, despite restaurant being very busy, menu was varied and good, food was lovely

    Service poor this time. Very slow to take order. Sent wrong food and then when they brought the right food it was cold. Ordered a second coffee and didn’t get it until asking three times. Impossible to get servers’ attention. Have eaten there a lot and usually very good but really disappointing this time.
