We loved the sleigh ride up the mountain and Uley's has a cozy atmosphere. We were a party of 9 and everyone loved their meals. Decent wine selection as well. I'd recommend!

We have a large group and visit Uley’s annually. The service and atmosphere are always top notch! I will acknowledge that the food has gone a bit down hill. The portion sizes were smaller than normal but most of them were still tasty! I was sad that the Butternut Squash Risotto was replaced. I did try the Mushroom Risotto but it did not have much flavor and seemed like more of a side dish than a meal. Overall though, we love it and will be back!

Great experience once all details were in place. Difficulty originally finding how to book sleigh ride dinner. Difficult to find details prior to booking ie. price, how /when to pay , how many people per sleigh ride etc. Had to call CB reservations for help. They referred me to opentable which had NO details . Just booking info.
Once at Uleys Cabin, Great food. Friendly helpful staff and well informed . Chef very personable and friendly. Great experience if you can figure out how to make it happen.

Food was good but, rich if you like rich food this is an excellent place. A good meal for me is eggs and bacon so, it was a little too rich for my simple pallet. The food was excellent though. The ambiance was great with the sleigh ride. The sleigh ride back was short but, it can’t be helped going down hill. The staff were nice and attentive. Everyone including myself had a good time.

My husband and I went for New Year's Eve dinner. The ride in the sleigh was chilly but we were given blankets and we bundled up together and were able to stay quite warm. Snow was falling and it really felt like we were escaping to a winter wonderland. The cabin was cozy but the seating arrangements feel private and comfortable. The dinner was at least 7 courses but portion sizes were just right for us to be able to enjoy each one without feeling stuffed. Food was excellent but it was the entire experience that made the meal so special.

Good charcuterie to start. However entries arrived half way through appetizer. Sent back but clearly just sat under the lamp until we were finished the starter. Appeared immediately and looked and tasted flat. Great atmosphere and ambience. Good service although felt like they were trying to push us out the door.

The wait staff was fine and the food good but it took us 45 minutes from our reservation until we were eating and for a dinner on the ski slope that is a lot of wasted time.

Awesome experience! The “sleigh” ride was a real adventure. This is not the romantic part of the night so don’t go into it with those expectations, as chances are the snow will be flying and the snowcat towing the sleigh is very loud, but it was a lot of fun! The service from start to finish was amazing and the food was equally as good. Very creative menu so you have to be willing to try some new things! The view from the cabin is stunning and ambience inside was very warm and welcoming with a nice rustic feel. It was a true Colorado dining experience.

This was our third visit to this restaurant. We arrived about 2 mins before our reservation time. No one came to greet us or check our reservations for several minutes. Once seated, it was 10 mins. before our waiter came to our table. I gave him a little grace at first, because I thought he might have the larger party next to ours. Turns out it was a different waiter. Our waiter looked like he would rather be anywhere else; not one smile the entire time. The appetizer was microscope and had "just ok" flavors, the salads were fine except a bit too much dressing, both entrees were very small and nothing special. It's a rather expensive place, so I expect to get full if I order 3 things...no such luck. There are many other great restaurants in CB, so we won't be back to this one anytime soon.

My hubby and I were able to experience this amazing sleigh ride and dinner during our trip to Crested By the in March.
Everything was great....the ride, food and service were impeccable. Was worth every penny. It was more of a romantic/date kind of environment, but we did see one well mannered young child there with her parents.
We will definitely return when we are back in the area....
I only wish the system had been available in order to leave my review sooner.

Uley's was amazing! The food was delicious, drinks at the ice bar outside are fun for before or after your meal. The beer, and wine by the glass lists are reasonable. The food was incredible and priced super reasonably for the quality. The bottles of wine were a bit much for my wallet but otherwise loved the experience!

This was the highlight of our trip!! The sleigh ride and scenery were amazing. The 5 course dinner was absolutely the best we had ever had. We appreciate the chef coming out so we could tell him. I would highly recommend to friends and will plan to do it again next year when we come back. Since I can't ski because of an injury I was thrilled to be able to at least go to the top of he mountain.

Sleigh ride was incredible! I was a little bit disappointed with the food. Everything was good don't get me wrong, however just wasn't as good as I was hoping for (and for the price ~$300.00 w/wine, food, sleigh ride and tip). I got the Venison Shank and my date got the Filet Mignon. The Venison was very dry, even with the delicious sauce they used. Pre-meal dishes were really good I should note (cheeses, soup, etc.). My date's steak was good and flavorful, however was really undercooked to what she asked. Service was fantastic and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Would recommend, but would probably pick the salmon or the duck they were offering instead of what we got.

Uley's cabin dining is a mountain EXPERIENCE~ You go up to the restaurant in a sleigh pulled by a snow cat with apx 40 other guests and it can be VERY cold so bundle up ( hats, gloves, heavy jackets scarfs etc..) but they also do give out plenty of blankets for the trip up and back. The trip up takes apx 20 min and back down less than 10. The cabin itself is very quaint and its very cozy and romantic. The service is pretty good but not outstanding as is the food. We had 4 choices on our visit on Jan 28 2017- Salmon-Duck-Venison and Filet of beef. They also give you a soup and it was a cream of mushroom and also some pita bread with various spreads etc. They also give you a hot brandy cider tea that is quite warm and tasty. We ordered the filet and the salmon and while the food was good it's NOT great and with the $110 pp price tag you would expect more on the great than good side but in reality you are paying for the sleigh ride and the cozy romantic atmosphere. So with a cheap $30 bottle of white wine and the $220 charge + tax and gratuity were were out of there for a tad less than $315- Now you and a date can eat at a lot of great restaurants in the world for less than that so please understand that this place is for a good meal and a romantic trip up the mountain and not a 5 star restaurant type of experience.

Uley's Sleigh Ride Dinner is a special event. To be hauled up a mountain in a huge sleigh while watching the town glitter below is truly magical.

The menu and wine list are surprisingly good. The food is on the heavy side which is what one would expect.

Alcohol is not included in the price. The high price tag is worth it but only for a very special occasion.
