It’s remarkable how good the food is at this live classroom fine-dining restaurant. The menu has a wide range of selections to see the skills the students are learning shine through. An experience you have to try at least once!

The Highwood is a fantastic culinary classroom, that provides a gastromé platform for SAIT students of differing food and beverage disciplines, to practice their craft. Firstly, the food is THAT good. The mentorship is THAT good. If you want to experience a well thought out palette of offerings, and on a budget, I highly recommend you make a reservation. I'm a proud faculty member that loves to introduce as many, to this "hidden gem" of SAIT.

What a fun experience ! We loved the opportunity to be served by students who really showed their passion and dedication to their studies! We arrived for happy hour and enjoyed a relaxing slow paced appetizer, dinner and drinks experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The food quality and presentation were exceptional. The service was good, very good considering these are all students. The value is undeniable. We’ve paid more for much worse at “professional “ establishments. Well done SAIT !
