The Grill Room is a Manhattan style restaurant that offers classic American dishes amidst a seductive and cozy environment. This includes a separate Italian menu of fine-dining cuisine along with traditional chicken, steak and seafood dishes. Appetizers at The Grill Room include several salads and seafood dishes such as mussels, calamari, shrimp scampi among others. The restaurant also offers American and Italian fusion dishes and a special Sunset menu which is offered from Monday to Saturday.
The Grill Room also boasts a separate bar for bar hoppers and diners alike. This includes a prolific drink menu along with a carefully chosen wine menu that is designed to pair well with most dishes. Wines on the menu include both the red and white variety, but diners can also order beet, bottled water, soda and champagne if they wish to.
You know those nights where you want to feel like you belong? This is your place. Whether you're a big group or just the two of you, this always hits the mark. Great service, good food. Guaranteed fun night!
The restaurant was pretty dead--we were one of three tables seated. The food came out pretty quick, the braised short rib was delicious once you got past the salt.
The waiter was very nice and attentive (drinks served quickly and refilled just as quick, food brought out piping hot).
Went here on a Groupon... I probably won't make the ride back out to the Grill Room without another Groupon (it was a good 20-30 minutes from my home).
This place has always been excellent for food and a romantic dinner. I have been coming here for the past 5 years and have never been disappointed. My wife and I love it
We were not greeted with even a smile upon entering, waited 10 minutes at least to see a waiter who never introduced himself and was not at all attentive. Food was pretty good except for a warm Caesar salad with minimal dressing on it. Service was slow and non-friendly. Room is noisy due to bar crowd.
We had a great Dinner, the owner and bartender always friendly and will do whatever it takes to make you happy!
excellent food with a varied menu
The noise level was very high as there was a private party in the middle of the small dining room. The food was good, but the wine list was very limited with outrageous prices. We ordered 2 glasses of wine at $10 each. The serving of wine was very skimpy for a $10 glass of wine. This is yet another ordinary restaurant charging way too much for an average glass of wine and making a huge profit on it.
Very tired decor. Food not very good. This restaurant has seen better days.
Normally very good, food wasn't up to its usual standards.
A very enjoyable evening with friends. Good food. Had a person singing a variety of songd that still allowed people to hold a conversation.
I ate on Valentines day. The food was very delicious. I had the Paella-seafood.I sprinkled lime juice over it, it was the best food I've had in a very
Long time. Scene is very romantic. And also a great spot for either groups of friends to hang out and get together for dinner.
I will be returning soon!
This restaurant is listed as fine dining . However, our experience was not fine. It felt like a Restaurant Impossible candidate. First, the parking lot and signage was dark, the decor was tacky and outdated, the bar and DJ were loud. Second, we ordered dessert items and they were definelty not fresh. I would say that they were store bought and put on a plate. The portions were small, plate was covered with whipped cream and ice cream, the coffee was terrible and everything was way overpriced. If you are looking to have drinks and eat mediocre food, then this place will work for you.
I have been here many times, the food and service always great!
Friday night experience- food was great. Service was great! Prices on the high
Side. Atmosphere cozy.
We had a child with high chair so no problem. The music was a bit loud but kept
The bar crowd going. Was overall a wonderful evening!
always a great dinner, we just love this place. brought our friends who had never been and they are hooked now too.
When we arrived for dinner at 7pm, we were surprised that there was an active bar scene but no one dining at any table. After we ordered, we had to wait a while for our appetizers to arrive which couldn't be because the kitchen was too busy. I asked the server for some fresh pepper for my soup and, by the time he returned, the soup had cooled off. Our entrees arrived piping hot, the way we like them, but they lacked seasoning. The portions were substantial, however. On balance, The Grill Room was a good neighborhood place to go but nothing special.
The hard wooden chairs in this upscale eatery surprised me! Unless the intent is to turn tables as quickly as possible, some redecorating is in order! Otherwise, the food is very good - both the meat dishes at our table came slightly over done, however both were still excellent! I had Paella, which was superb! The seafood was delectable and the rice fluffy and moist! The other dish at our table, the Seafood Risotto, looked good, but the diner felt the Gorgonzola was a step too far and would have been just as good if not better without it!The waiter asked if we wanted another "round" of drinks but didn't tell us that soda refills were not included. The desserts were tasty - Chocolate cake, Pecan Pie and Cheesecake were ordered and devoured!
We go to this restaurant often never a disappointment , entertainment is great The bar is great good prices. Check out their website for coupon
Good food and atmosphere. Tucked in an industrial park, some real good price ride deals.
The food and service was good and the place was beautiful. My only complaint is the bar area music was very loud and I had to keep asking my friend to repeat what was said during our conversation. I also noticed the female bartender to be a bit rude to the women customers but not the men.
