Amazing food in a beautiful setting
A world class experience at a world class destination. Excellent menu options, fabulous wine list, fantastic craft cocktails, beautiful food, outstanding service, incredible ambiance. A true pleasure.
A wonderful place up on the Deer Valley ski mountain to enjoy a great meal with incredible views of the beautiful vistas. You'll feel special.
Lovely views. Yummy food. A little pricey but expected.
The restaurant was very accommodating when our schedule changed.
Excellent service was provided by our server, giving us guidance on food and wine selections.
It was great to be back on the mountain in such a pleasant and luxurious setting.
The views are extraordinary. The service was outstanding. Scott took great care with all my allergies. I felt safe and comfortable in his suggestions. Everyone was very friendly and courteous while maintaining Covid 19 guidelines. Truly an enjoyable evening.
Disappointing experience from such a great resort. Had to return bison steak because it was significantly overcooked. Mushroom risotto was very flavorless, almost no truffle flavor. We ordered wine by the glass and noticed on the bill that we were charged double the amount for 2 of the glasses from what was actually ordered. On top of that, we sat waiting for the redo of the steak without any wine, waiter never came to ask if we wanted another glass until much later. If you're going to spend $200 to $300 for a meal for 2, there are many better options out there. Love the resort, but would not eat at Glitretind again.
Wonderful evening! The food was delicious and the service was top notch. Excellent sommelier!
Lovely time! Excellent food, brilliant service. So very relaxing.
The service was outstanding as was all of our food. The Duck Confit salad had wonderful flavors, bison was grilled to perfection and the grits were delicious. We also had Shrimp Gazpacho, Pacific halibut, the best Creme Brûlée I have ever eaten and a carmel cake with some kind of sauce and vanilla ice cream from the restaurant next door. We were served a small plate starter of Mexican flavored halibut and scallop with a tortilla stick. After dessert we were served two tiny chocolate candy.
Fantastic food, excellent service, beautiful location, great value for the Sunday Brunch buffet.
This is without a doubt the best Sunday brunch in Utah. I was thrilled that the Glitretind was finally able to open the brunch buffet in time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The service is second to none, the food is fresh and phenomenal, and the ambience is perfect. I wish I could afford to come every Sunday, because I probably would if I could. There was a huge selection of food that could satisfy any family and diet. I could go on and on, but the Sunday brunch at the Glitretind is one of my most favorite food experiences of all time. Thank you!!
My first visit! We sat on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful view. The food was amazing. The hostess went out of her way when I asked her if she could take a photo. She picked the perfect background. I have eaten at a lot of restaurants in SL area this was by far the best food, service and atmosphere! I would highly recommend trying it!
This is a must-visit while in Park City. Come early and explore the gorgeous grounds and amazing views. This is a special occasion place, but always worth it with incredible cuisine, impeccable service, comfortable ambiance, and a stellar wine list.
Upon arrival, we were seated immediately with an amazing view. The staff were professional and pleasant. I would have liked a little more choice on the menu, but the food was fabulous...no complaints there. The time wait between the starters and meal were a bit long, but nothing to be weary over. In addition, the dessert was fantastic as well. Overall, would recommend the visit.
Can get the best gamey food in town! Highly recommend for families.
The ambiance was beautiful, the staff was attentive and kind, the food was fine/good. I had very high expectations of the food and unfortunately was a little disappointed.
An enjoyable dinner and evening. The service was outstanding.
Our server Paul was fabulous. Perfect spot to celebrate my wife’s birthday!
Lobster/caviar soup was memorable, everything else was alright. Staff seemed backed up so meal didn’t come out with best timing. Possibly had too high of expectations?
Have not ever been disappointed. Wonderful dishes created by one of the Best Chefs and staff anywhere. Thanks Zane
Food was good. Wine came bad but they replaced it right away with another one. The view is amazing!
Very nice, delicious food. The caramel apple dessert was incredible.
Beautiful meal -maybe best ever. Was there in 1989. Stein Erickson as a greeter-nice. Had a loud large table, but not your fault. Loved by the fireplace. 😊
We had a great dinner at Giltretind. The food and service were amazing. We had Bison ribeye and sea bass and both were perfect. Our server was extremely professional and very helpful. We will definitely return.
Wonderful dining evening, terrific food and expansive wine list
This was the worst meal I have had in a long time. The food was bland and served cold. The waitress never came by to check on us. She didn't ever bring my husband's glass of wine. We would have sent everything back if she had come by. The management was kind enough to comp us our meal.
My husband had the bison Wellington and found small animal body parts in it. The server was appalled and obviously didn’t charge us. She said that they have culinary school kids come up and help sometimes who aren’t trained in their kitchen and clearly don’t know what they’re doing. That was a really concerning statement for me. The prices you’re paying at this restaurant call for a much higher standard than this. We eat out 4-5 nights a week and I’ve never seen anything like this.
It took 90 minutes to get our food and it wasn’t good a all. We didn’t even eat one dish. I complained to manager and he took off one dish from our bill but he didn’t even say sorry. He threw our credit card receipt on the table and walked away. What a horrible experience in high end restaurant.
Perfect setting.. enjoy sunset behind the slopes .. amazing entrees and dessert .. good service but could have been a bit more attentive .,
We stayed at the Stein Erikson and wanted to check out the dinner at this location. The food was incredible, very unique options and wonderful staff.
Baldwin was an excellent and friendly server😊
Incredible food and service!
We went here based on a recommendation of a friend. The venue was stunning and cozy. Food was very good. Our party had the bison Wellington, the chicken dish and a fish special. Food was delicious. The only reason giving 4 stars overall was due to the length of time to get our entrees. Our reservation was 8:45 pm and our main course did not arrive until a little after 10. It was not too busy given the later seating. I would go back and give it another try for sure.
Service was lacking, took over an hour to get our entrées & obviously none of the staff cared whatsoever.. Additionally, after waiting an hour & finally getting our food, my steak was COLD.. a $58 steak, an hour wait, and it's cold? Get your act together.
Service was excellent. Food was good. Disappointed with overall appearance and ambiance.
Great service and food. Excellent wine choices
Terrible food and service
Ski vacation treat.
Fantastic food, great location, beautiful interior design, and great ambience. May be the best place to eat in the Park City area.
