   Seated next to a dirty dog basket, right next to the front door. Felt like eating in a waiting area. They are trying to pack too many people in. Won't be going back.

   The service was terrible, the staff didn’t look as though they enjoyed their job and this started from the moment we arrived at reception. Food average but was busy. Price was good which may explain the number of people. Won’t be going back, many better options in the area.

   We went there for a team lunch during an offsite. The food was good, the service OK( it was very busy) and most importantly for the schedule the food arrived in a timely fashion. A good place for a mid week catch up lunch with friends.

   Great food, good atmosphere and smiling, helpful staff. An excellent lunch again and I will certainly continue to return, both working lunches or on a personal basis

   The staff are excellent. Really pleasant and efficient. We were sat at a table with comfy chairs that have blankets and cushions on so very relaxed. We weren’t rushed. The food came out in good time. The only thing that wasn’t quite there was the desserts. The steamed sponge and chocolate brownie were very very dry. Everything else was perfect, so had a great experience

   Slight confusion on arrival as reception couldn’t find the OpenTable booking. Was resolved reasonably quickly.

    Took 2 out of town friends here for dinner & although the atmosphere in this place is cool the service is so unbelievably long and scatty. Our server was lovely however & that’s the only reason we we didn’t leave annoyed but for the price point the service should be a lot better. We all ordered the sirloin steak which was chewy & bland & one of our friends came well done when she ordered medium . After waiting 45mins to order our mains turned up midway through our starters & then our drinks didn’t arrive until after our mains despite chasing 3 times. Again want to mention our waiter was lovely but looked rushed off his feet with multiple tables to look after. For the standard & price point of this restaurant hire more staff & take more care over your mains being delicious for the prices being charged.
