Always look forward to enjoying the beauty and great service of this restaurant. You just feel like a king when you eat there
Food is not great for the price you pay... if you are particular about your meats, do not order a burger and expect it to be the temp you ordered. I had a friend order the prime burger well done that came out medium, and another friend that ordered med/well that came out almost rare. The salad was wilted. The hummus platter was extremely underwhelming.. the shrimp cocktail was excellent as well as the mediterranean wrap. My party that I was with was externally underwhelmed and left disappointed... the servers were amazing though... I would try this place again if they changed the chef.
Had a wonderful meal and experience. First time we have visited an upscale restaurant since COVID began. Glad we chose here.
Food was uninspired and the menu was limited. Salad or sandwich.
Vacation with an old friend
Very attentive waitstaff in a beautiful location with a wonderful view of the mountains. All of our party enjoyed the filet mignonette which was cooked as desired. Crab cake appetizer was great and each couple shared the 4oz cake with each other. Very extensive wine list for choices by the glass or bottle.
Was there celebrating college graduation! Great time!
Our experience at the Diner was great. The food was prepared perfectly and the service was exceptional. Our waiter was friendly without being too intruding.
Phenomenal food and service in an outstanding location. We will definitely come back.
Terrible menu, no options, and the food was pediatrician!
The food here is unmatched. Such excellent flavor combinations and beautiful presentation. The dining room itself is just nice enough to feel like fine dining, but not so done up that it feels pretentious. Our dinner server, Mario, was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered us great, friendly service. It's a highlight whenever we visit Asheville.
Dinner was superb! Service too notch! Highly recommend. The view and sunset a priceless moment for us!!
The food and the servers were incredible. We can’t wait to come back for another Anniversary Dinner!
The food was exceptional! And I was able to have my favorite drinks! The price was high but comparable for a restaurant of that caliber!
Having 1,500,000 miles on Delta, I eat out offend. Even before the virus, fine dinning was ending, it has not at the Inn. One of the best restaurants in the country.
The food was excellent but pricey. The service was exceptional!!!!!!
We had a great meal and service was excellent
will be going back
Harley our head server was excellent. Connor attended our table in a friendly manner.
I would return for the Chef’s wonderful food anytime.
Thank you for an memorable evening and relaxing experience.
Edith and George Vanderbilt would approve!
Everything was wonderful! Harley is an excellent server! The food was beautiful and delicious.
Dining at the Inn at Biltmore is an elegant experience. The food is outstanding. The atmosphere is beautifully peaceful with mountain view’s from every window. Our waiter Elijah did an excellent job taking care of us and making us feel special.
From pre dinner cocktails to dessert, this was and elegant, upscale fine dining experience for our last night on the estate. It rounded out my birthday perfectly with a table that provided and beautiful view of the mountains.
Both our meals were amazing and the views were incredible!
Everything about our dining experience was 5 star +
Great views of the property and best French Onion soup I've ever had.
Beautiful setting, outstanding service. Salad, coffee excellent. Bread , entree (gnocchi) uninspiring.
Overall disappointed. I was very excited to have lunch at The Dining Room. I very much loved the atmosphere, including the awesome views of the grounds of the Biltmore. The service was mediocre, probably less than mediocre considering the "fine dining" experience I think they are going for. The server was very nice, but may have just had too many tables to give good service. He didn't even ask if I wanted another glass of wine, if I wanted dessert or a cup of coffee. I thought that was a huge miss.
The food. Very disappointing. I ordered the French Onion soup and the Harvest salad. The soup was actually pretty good. That is until I found the piece of red plastic in it. They were very nice about it and did take the soup off my bill. The salad-well, hmm. There were literally two leaves of Kale in the "salad". But they certainly made up for it with the goat cheese and onions. Based on the particular dish I had perhaps a more fit name would be the "Goat Cheese and Onion" salad. Now I absolutely LOVE goat cheese, and it was indeed very good goat cheese, but the ratio of cheese to "salad" was way off in my opinion. And onions- same as the goat cheese. I love them and they were over represented in the dish.
Overall, I was quite disappointed in my experience at The Dining Room. While the atmosphere and views are top notch, the service and the food seem to have plenty of room for improvement.
Great service. Great food. Enjoyed everything from start to finish.
We had a great time and our waitress, Liana was fantastic!
We love this venue. It is one of the main reasons that we keep returning to the Inn at Biltmore. There is enough variety for us dine here three nights in row. The portions are generous but the best part is the engaging staff.
It is beautiful! Very nice service and great experience. They are very clean and have good guideline concerning COVID.
Atmosphere, food, and service was impeccable! Lovely experience for the palate accompanied with gorgeous views of the Biltmore Estate. Large wine selection. Jacob was a phenomenal waiter! Highly recommend.
We just had a wonderful experience eating at the inn at Biltmore for dinner. Such a great meal we enjoyed the filet mignon and the scallops, along with many other wonderful dishes. The views were enchanting and the service was perfect. Really love dining here! A great place to bring friends.
First time at Dining Room and Biltmore. We had an excellent experience. Top notch service. Friendly, classy and first rate. Great view of mountains and sunset. Food was excellent (we had filet and scallops). We also went to terrace lounge prior to dinner and great service there as well. Will be back and recommend it.
Everything was excellent. Even the atmosphere and customer service
The whole experience exceeded our expectations. The service staff were attentive and knowledgeable. The frequently inquired about our satisfaction with our dining experience and made adjustments as needed. The food quality was superb. Our entrees of steak and fish were equivalent to 5 star restaurants we’ve enjoyed in major cities. We look forward to a return visit soon.
A wonderful experience. We were socially distanced and we had an exquisite view of the sun setting on the mountains from the big windows throughout the dining room. I enjoyed the salmon which was perfectly cooked. We enjoyed a bottle of wine. The maitre d visited our table. Our waitress was attentive and polite. This was an A+ evening.
Great food, great service, great wine!
We had a marvelous experience, and they presented us with some chocolates on a decorated plate at the end for our anniversary 💕
This is a must experience restaurant. Staffing first and foremost provided such attentive and amazing service. Waited on by Harlee as we celebrated a bride to be and it was a highlight of our weekend celebrating. The salmon and chicken dish along with She Crab soup were favorites at our table. The butter, even the butter, was incredible with a sweet citrus taste. The view from the back patio is amazing at the dinner hour. The only reason I marked atmosphere as quiet is because we love the Biltmore Radio App tunes and it would have been great background music but that might just be a matter of personal taste. I won't miss this experience in future visits!
Took our mom for her 79th birthday weekend. Had delightful service from all waitstaff and the food was beautiful and delicious.
