    It was our wedding anniversary celebration. We couldn't ask for it to be any better. Our view was beautiful! The service we received was outstanding. The food was superb. It was a perfect evening. One we will always remember!

    A truly outstanding evening with excellent service. I would strongly recommend the resturant to anyone staying at the Biltmore.

    Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu and the food served and could answer any questions we threw at him. We all enjoyed it very much. Even though I have been a chef for almost 30 years now, my daughters are so picky with what they eat and I try and try to encourage them to try new things and to challenge their palette’s with new foods and flavors. This was somewhat of a breakthrough in this acceptance of trying new things!! The hamachi crudo needed a little something else. It wasn’t bad at all, very fresh and clean. Just thought it could have been better with a drizzle of some sort and perhaps some acidity for a better balance of the flavors. Overall the food, service, and staff were excellent and should be super proud of themselves and for the high standards they uphold. Hats off to you all.

    Seated at the perfect window seat to watch the sunset and fireflies Food - the filet was so light and cooked to perfection Caesar salad with homemade dressing was delicious Great selection of wines and cocktails Service was amazing- very professional

    It took more than 1/2 hr to get our cocktails. Server not visible for at least 10 minutes after seated. Definitely not the same level of attention or service as pre-Helene. Took over 2 1/2 hrs for a two course meal with coffee. Not willing to recommend even for special occasions.
