   It was a birthday celebration for us and the experience was delightful. We had a great table for looking over the mountains. I have food allergies and the staff were great at accodating me. I’m so glad we came.

   Beautiful view of Blue Ridge Mountains from our window table. Our server Michael was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent suggestions about our selections. Everything was was just what one expects for a fine dining experience. Highly recommend!

   Micheal was very personable and professional. He was very knowledgeable of the menus. Micheal gave us some recommendations which were spot on. Thank you for a wonderful birthday celebration.

   We had a wonderful dinner for our anniversary. The food was amazing! Service was good. Only thing that could have been better was it was our anniversary and I noted it on the reservation. The host said congrats and the waiter did as well. But that was it. No dessert or glass of champagne or Cedric dog (they give those to children) or anything special to recognize our anniversary. I was surprised given their superior level of service. And we probably won’t go back.

   First and foremost we had great service, but that is where it ends. Host was rude. Soup was cold and very spicy. Entrees were good. Value is poor, very over priced.

   Wow…wow…wow! What a wondering dining experience while visiting The Biltmore. Our server was so kind and patient and the food was simply amazing. Will definitely be back the next time in Asheville!

    Food was cold and service was minimal. Our server never came back to check on our food or we would have told him that it was cold
