We had an amazing dinner celebrating our 8th year anniversary. We appreciate the entire staff for there kind words and amazing hospitality. The food was amazing also and we loved every dish that we were served.

everything was perfect except for the sounds of a screaming child. it would have been welcomed if the parents had kept him quiet or that the restaurant might have made adjustments. but we loved it just the same.

We dined here for our 16th Anniversary. Our server, Danielle, was outstanding and enhanced our whole dining experience. We selected the five course dinner option, and every single dish was well thought out in both presentation and layering of flavors. The pacing of the meal was perfect, with the result being a truly relaxing and enjoyable celebratory occasion for us.

Terrible value. So overpriced with mediocre food and service. Lovely setting, but little else. Limited menu for those prices. We won’t go back

The Dining Room is an incredible and lovely experience. BUT, the waiter made our visit memorable. We've had the best waiter ever, Hank. He is very attentive focused an makes sure all your needs are met. As always, He went above and beyond this past weekend even though he wasn't our waiter at our last meal. We requested him but he already had a large party, but he still made our visit very special and most memorable. I have never had a better waiter at any dining experience before at any dining experience.

Very fine locally sourced meal with excellent presentation and attention to detail. We had the 3 course meal with octopus over falafel, striped bass and Mexican chocolate dessert. Everything was prepared to perfection. We were delighted with the gracious southern hospitality and the beautiful dining room. Can’t wait to visit again.

We stunned here for our 48 wedding anniversary and we were blown away by the detail to service, atmosphere and the cuisine. We enjoyed our meal immensely and would highly recommend to anyone. As you might expect it is pricey, but for an occasion such as an anniversary it was well worth it.

Food and service was fine. Very disappointed to see a complete lack of enforcing the dress code. Jackets were recommended for men...many in shorts, tee shirts, blue jeans etc...

The Vanderbilt's are turning over in their graves.

My bone in rib eye was over-cooked and I was not told it had a $15 supplemental charge for the three course meal. I was not impressed with the egg in nest starter or the Mexican chocolate cake. Overall my food was not as good as I had experienced last year when there for our anniversary

We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary. Everyone was so attentive and friendly. Made us feel very special. The Happy Anniversary on my dessert plate just melted my heart. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience. I would highly recommend this dining experience. And would definitely return, if ever again in the area.

Wonderful dinner with a great view, celebrating our 70th birthdays with a trip to see the Chihuly Exhibit at the Biltmore Estate.

Meal was pricey, in part due to some very nice wine, but worth every penny....

We love dining at the Biltmore. The waitstaff is the best and the food is outstanding. Plus it’s hard to beat the view of the grounds and the Blue Ridge Mountains!

The service on June 1 was excellent. We were celebrating a 45th anniversary with family, and it was our first time at the Biltmore Inn. The dinner cost $65 per person. We ordered the least expensive red wine ($30) and were surprised by an up-charge ($15) for one of the appetizers. Once tax and tip were added the cost came near $100 per person. The food presentation was elegant; however, the food was mediocre at best. Our medium rare filets were served medium well - and the accompaniments were not cooked enough. Portions are very small. The meal was definitely not worth the price we paid.

A dinner for just the two of us. We had Sunday 5:30pm reservations and it was quiet. Great time to go! Only a few tables filled. Wonderful view of by the window. Service was exceptional, meaning everything seemed perfectly timed. Not annoyingly attentive or waiting for them to return. Perfect. The food phenomenal as expected. Octopus appetizer, scallop entree, mexican chocolate desert. Lovely. My husband does not like seafood and they had a nice selection for him too.

Classy without pretention or stuffiness, particularly if you are out for a romantic evening. Our server did everything to make us comfortable. The chef hit so many interesting flavors from these ring vegetables to the filet to the octopus. We had a full five-course menu which was well-portioned for a fulfilling but not gluttonous dinner.
Ask for a window table and arrive while there is daylight to take in the full glory of the mountains.
Skip the upstairs bar because its offerings are the same pleasantly pedestrian fare as the rest of the estate.

Our meal here was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Every person we encountered, once we checked in, called us by name and remembered it was our anniversary. Our main waiter, Elijah, was so friendly and helpful and answered all our questions about the menu. He catered to us and once he asked a question he never forgot the answer! He remembered what things I said I liked and did not and hand picked my wine for all the courses.

We ordered the 3 course meal, but we received 3 additional treats from the chef! We received a starter of the she-crab soup (surprisingly delicious...even my seafood hating husband took a second sip), along with some palate cleansers.

The ambiance was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the Chihuly package. Breakfast was by far my favorite, but the supper we had for my friends birthday was superb! Service was friendly, and answered any questions we had. We unfortunately missed the Night show due to rain but the concierge Ann was more than helpful! We will be back soon, and are sure to recommend to others. Thanks Biltmore Inn

Atmosphere was great. Service was outstanding. The food was just OK. We got the filet with lobster tail. My wife's lobster tail was not cooked enough and my lobster tail was mushy. I would probably try some other Biltmore restaurants before going back here.

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner in quiet and elegant but also casual surroundings. My wife had the lamb and I the duck on their three course menu. Both were prepared perfectly and we savored every bite. But it was just not the food that was so special but also the service. Scott was amazing as was his assistant Conner. Very polished and impeccable service. We truly had a lovely dining experience lasting over 2 1/2 hours and enjoyed every moment. A great wine list by the way!
