   The restaurant did not have our reservation when we arrived but they sat us anyway which was nice. The waitress brought our drinks and never came back to take our food order. All of the tables around us were being serviced. After an hour we had to flag the waitress down for a check. We never ate. We were sitting outside with the queue of people waiting on the toilets. An unpleasant experience overall.

   I live overseas and always use this restaurant when in London (I come over every 3 years). I have been there twice this week

   One of our favorite places.. listen to the opera singers outside and enjoy the intimacy of this cozy restaurant. Our waiter was personable and professional. Delicious food too!

   Good food and drink, very pleasant atmosphere, served quickly and professionally, and of course the entertainment was top notch, every time we come to London we visit, thanks see you again

   Booked for my mums birthday we where sitting for 50 min waiting on our food and when the food finally arrived there was no apology or anything its so unfortunate as the location and atmosphere is amazing just a shame about the service

   The restaurant is very cold. We didn’t go there in the really cold spell but it was still too cold. Staff really not that interested. Kept propping the outside door open to assist them. Food was ok. No alternative to Xmas menu. Will not be returning.
