Even though it was an overcast day, looking out at the boats and water was very relaxing.
It was awesome service, food and atmosphere. Thank you
Our favorite go to place. Always fantastic food and service.
I love to visit the Crow's Nest when I am in Venice, it's a great place to get an amazing meal.
First class service in a safe enjoyable atmosphere (upstairs). My Caesar salad and entree ware fine (stone crab), the sides were unimaginative, mashed potatoes and veggie medley. I recommend it just be careful with supplied default side dishes.
Anniversary dinner during COVID 19. Was happy to see every seat full. Food was amazing. Prices are what you would expect for a waterfront seafood restaurant.
Beautiful view, great service, attentive staff. We did not feel rushed and enjoyed ourselves.
Excellent food and service. Best in Venice.
Service was great from Dani. Food was lackluster but hot in the temperate sense.
The Crows nest is a great place to dine, and the service is first class..
Tables were pretty close together so kind of noisy on top of unfriendly staff made for an experience that wasn’t as great as it could’ve been. We were celebrating a birthday, I put that note in my reservation but they didn’t acknowledge or know anything about it. Our waitress seemed too busy not sure if they were understaffed. Also just didn’t think the 5 shrimp in the shrimp cocktail was worth $15 but that’s just me I guess. Creme brulee was a weird room temperature not cold or warm so kind of unpleasant. Charged my mom $16 for a glass of wine she did not like—great customer service would’ve asked to replace it at no charge. Just did not feel the service was above and beyond.
Great food and great service. Clean and all servers wearing masks.
New Year’s Eve Dinner and it was excellent. We were seated on the deck outside with a great view of Venice Harbor. Highly recommend the Crows Nest.
Seafood tower was delicious. Enjoyed the food. Local feeling.
As usual, service, quality, and ambiance were exceptional. Server Christina was very attentive and made out anniversary lunch date just perfect.
Great food, wonderful service!
Thank you to Johnathan and all of the staff at the Crow’s Nest for a wonderful evening. Food was delicious, as always, and were quite knowledgeable and diligent in providing safe, gluten-free selections for our daughter. Johnathan has been our server in the past, and it was so nice when we realized he would be taking care of us again. We were able to eat outside, which was lovely and added to our experience! Can’t wait to dine there again!
Great atmosphere on upper patio. Everyone enjoyed their luncheon entree.
Will be back
We always visit Crow's Nest when we come to the area. It is our favorite place to celebrate.
My mom and I make sure that we go there at christmas time every year
Service and food always great!
An all-around pleasure. The service, food, and view will foster a return trip.
Great food and ser
This is our favorite restaurant in the area. Most beautiful view, excellent service and the food is the finest around. We have never been disappointed.
I had a good time everything was good but when I got the steak home and I ate it it tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill The mushrooms taste funny
Lovely restaurant with a menu that will please all tastes. Service is outstanding and you can tell they all work together as a team. Overall The Crows Nest is a great choice.
Price of Grouper right now is verrry high. We opted for sole and flounder - local, probably not - very good, though.
Absolutely perfect salmon, the best we have had for awhile anywhere!
They have taken extra care for thrir customers and it shows.
This is the 2nd time we ate here and the food was wonderful both times. The atmosphere is elegant and the noise level was moderate.
we ordered desert to go - make sure you get a fair portion and don't get charged by the chef for making it right! otherwise we enjoy taking family and friends here even when the outside view is dark.
We met friends for lunch and due to a cold front moving through we ate inside. We had a nice table by the windows with a view of the marina. A couple of us had bloody Mary’s which were good. A couple had the New England Clam chowder which they said was good. A couple had the daily special “seafood pot pie” which was served in bowls which was like a chowder consistency with a puff pastry floating on top. The Caesar salad was good and had a generous portion of grilled chicken and the house salad was very good with fresh romaine and arugula and a nice balsamic dressing. Overall the food was very good. It was sunny and the view of the boats and pelicans was delightful.
As usual, The Crow's Nest in Venice did not disappoint. The restaurant felt very safe with appropriate social distancing and properly masked staff. The food was delicious and fairly priced. The bar is both well stocked and professional. Our server, a nineteen year professional with a big personality, was terrific. It is sad that people like our server are the one's suffering most from the virus and the fear of dining out that it generates. And it is not only servers. Kitchen staff, bar staff, managers all have seen their income dramatically reduced. And of course owners suffer right along with their employees. Suppliers need to be paid, rent still comes due and just trying to keep the doors open is a daily challenge. So, go out to places like the Crow's Nest that take your safety seriously, enjoy life a little and be sure to thank the people who serve you.
We love sitting outside upstairs and we used to really enjoy the seafood bisque they used to make and serve with Sherry. They no longer make that! So sad because it was our absolute favorite. I had a filet that was really pretty bland, there was no salt no seasoning whatsoever. It was served with a steak sauce on the side but still it lacked flavor. Same goes for the vegetables, they had no seasoning that I could tell -very bland.
Outstanding caesar salad with grilled shrimp! Great lunch!
A wonderful experience as usual. Liam was our server/bartender. Went above and beyond. We never felt that we were being too close to anyone. We love it there and we will continue to go there and enjoy
We had a nice time. Food and drinks were very nice. Staff friendly and attentive. Nicely decorated for the holidays. Good value on top of everything else. We've been here before and will come back. Happy holidays!
Met our friends from St Louis for the first time this year and had a wonderful time as well as dinner. Always a great place to share a great meal and beautiful sunset dinner..
thanks to all the staff who make it a pleasure.. THANKS AGAIN !!
Enjoyed Tyler, our bartender, who has become a favorite. He always goes the extra steps to make your time and experience perfect. He is a keeper. Love eating here always.
Never disappointed. Great food, friendly staff. Great atmosphere
Great onion rings and French fries. Of course Grouper was perfect and lovely salads. Dined on patio with family members had not seen in ages. Service great.
