We had a fantastic waitress and the service and food was great. First time visiting there and I really enjoyed the ambience.

A limited brunch menu on a Friday but had no trouble finding something to order. The service was excellent. Our food was delicious, The only negative is they do not have double door so it is pretty cold near the door when someone comes or goes.

Our server Leslie was very friendly and helpful. The loaded lobster fries were absolutely fantastic. My fiance and I were both highly satisfied with our dishes, the duck and the pork belly. Would definitely recommend both of the those dishes, as well as the cast iron cookie for dessert.

We went for brunch and had the Farmers Breakfast and the Pork Belly with bottomless mimosas. The bread pudding french toast is to die for. I recommend that you order a dollop of their cinnamon whipped cream to go on top - pure heaven! The pork belly was also really good.

As far as small complaints, the root vegetables were served cold and the service was a little spotty. But I would go back again. Recommend reservations for brunch, at least.

Went there for dinner on a Saturday night. The food choices are good and everyone at our table of four enjoyed their entrée except for me. I got the Farm Greens salad with pulled chicken and the chicken definitely tasted past its prime (not spoiled, just old). I just took the chicken off and ate the rest of it, which was delicious. Our server took the salad off the bill which was unnecessary, but kind. Ambiance was nice and noisy enough that you don't want to bring your grandparents, but not so noisy that the young and middle-aged would have any problem hearing each other. Parking is a nightmare, so be prepared to spend and extra fifteen minutes trying to find a space.

The only caveat to my review was the safety issue of the dishes they served food in. My entree (frittata) was served in a small cast iron dish. My server did warn me the dish was hot, but placed it on the table so the handle was close to me and upon reaching for other dishes placed on the farther end of the table, my wrist was burned on the skillet handle. I now have a penny-sized burn on my wrist due to this. While the server gave me this by not holding the handle (and carrying it on a tray), they should have wrapped the handle in one of their cloth napkins to prevent this from happening.

My friend and I went for their new Wednesday night date night deal and it was amazing! Such a great deal for $30! Each person gets a soup or salad, entree and dessert and you MUST split the cookie skillet.

Four of us went out for the first Wednesday of Date Night and we will for sure be coming back! From the second we stepped in the door to the final bite of our dessert, we could not have felt more welcomed and spoiled. The gentleman whom checked us in and served us was so personable and made us feel like we were the only people dining with him. The food was delicious and great portion sizes considering we only paid $30 for three courses. We will be coming back very soon and have already told our friends that Date Night is a must!

The food was absolutely amazing! I had the chicken thigh that fell off the bone & melted in your mouth & the flavor was over the top. My wife had the coffee rubbed steak that was made to perfection. Just the right amount of portions. Not too much but not too little. Then, the icing on the cake ( pardon the pun ) was getting a cupcake. I think it was called “Golden Butter Vanilla “ Oh my goodness!!! It was the most incredible tasting piece of cake I’ve ever had! So soft & tender & tasty. Then the frosting to top it off was so delicious! We will definitely be back. I guess it was the first night for them to have date night which I thought was pretty neat. The atmosphere was fun & cozy. Hats off!!

For the price, we were expecting really high-quality ingredients but it was pretty lack luster. The omelets had very little meat and veggies inside them and the crabby toast (which should have been fantastic based on the description) was very bland. There really wasn't a "crab cake" on top of the toast, it was more like shredded crab and they didn't seem to use fresh avocados, tasted like packaged alvo spread. Even if they focused on serving great bacon it would be a step in the right direction. The bacon was thin and blubbery. The place is so cute you just assume it's going to be fantastic but it's a far cry from Lowbrow.

The Copper Hen is my favorite spot for lunch after enjoying an "Inspired by Books" tour at the nearby art institute. The food is inventive; the service is attentive, and the menu always has plenty of options to suit my taste. My only problem not having room for a dessert after cleaning my plate.

The interior is cozy and hip at the same time. The servers were all enthusiastic without being in your face and the menu was full of delicious items that made it hard to choose. I loved the twists on the originals like the Croque Madame B.E.L.T and the bread/bakery items are stellar!

Enjoyed Copper Hen very much! Fun, relaxing and love the decor! The food is yummy and fresh. It’s kind homey yet fancy at the same time. The desserts are awesome and you want to take them all home with you. It had been a while since we ate there and was not disappointed one bit! Definitely will be back and not wait so long next time.

The food wasn't very good. From poorly prepared (burnt potatoes, eggs overcooked and rubbery where they weren't undercooked and runny, broken, curdled sauces) to tasteless pancakes and bland bacon, the only noteworthy thing was a very nice glass of milk. Lovely to look at but stacked with tables in every available space. Noise level was outrageous. At least it was cheap. With all the options available in the area, we won't bother with this spot again.

Great food, great service. Copper Hen is a great brunch destination. The biscuits and gravy could use a little more sausage gravy, but delicious nonetheless. Would order again. Don't stop in without having a cinnamon roll - heated up, of course.

Great environment and Good Food Services prompts restaurant was clean and had a Very nice ambience. Menu offerings all look great and it was a struggle to choose which one I was going to have. I enjoyed the croque madame BLT everything about it was great the highlight of the meal for everyone was the breakfast potatoes with creme fraiche. Also some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had in a restaurant. I had stopped ordering them. YouTube restaurants continually letting me down but these biscuits and gravy did not disappoint.

We went there to celebrate a big event in my life and I had wanted to go to the Copper Hen for years. We ordered a drink and an appetizer and waited for 20-25 minute for a pretzel! Our order had not even been taken yet so we told them that we wanted to leave and they comped my drink at least. Our waiter had a table of 20+ people and then was given 3 more tables. That is NOT what you do to a server! I did not even waste the time trying the cupcakes I had drooled over for years since we had not had dinner yet. Very sad for me :(

Food was overpriced given the mediocre quality and taste. I have a feeling they made a killing for Valentine's fleecing all the couples going out on a dinner date with their set price/set menu that night. Most
