   My food, sweet potato gnocchi, was inedible.. SO SWEET but I didn’t complain because they already comped my dads meal. The cheese plate is minuscule. You struggle to cut the cheeses cause they’re so small.

   Mixed emotions. We love the Hotel Hershey Circular. We did not have the same quality experience we have had in the past. Our waiter seemed to be pushing us to order. The iPad to order wine was dirty and sticky. The cheese plate is a joke. So very small and at $16. We had to order a second. No one explained the cheese on the plate. We ordered a Caesar salad to share. Two small salads were brought. Thinking they split it. No, the second was a “mistake” and taken from the table. The bread service is a joke. Six dollars for some crisps and regular dinner rolls (only 4!). The entrees were delicious. The service did settle down. Dessert and coffee was outstanding. Our waiter did pay excellent attention to our water and wine needs. The menu is very limited without any specials. A good experience in a magical setting with room for improvement.

   I was worried about getting one of the last seatings on a busy holiday night, but we did not feel rushed at all. The host was a bit brusque, but everyone inside was absolutely delightful. The food was amazing and beautifully plated, the drinks were creative, and the service was prompt without being overly present. We usually spend Thanksgiving at home, but this was a delightful break from tradition!

    Our meal and service was outstanding!! We highly recommend dining here based on those two aspects. However, we had a family of 5(2 adults and 3 small children) seated next to us, and their one child was running around the restaurant the entire time, screaming because he was excited. We saw him almost trip the staff trying to walk by and carrying many plates of food, a few times. It definitely put a damper in our evening, it was not exactly a relaxing environment once that family was seated. We do not recommend coming to this restaurant if you have children who don't know how to or are unable to behave in this type of environment. But besides that, we highly recommend dining at the The Circular!

    We go to the Circular 2-3 times a year. Recently we've been going for the ambiance more so than the food. This year our server, Patrick, was excellent. He was courteous, attentive, and chatty. The chicken was excellent. The halibut, cold. Wine and Chocolate Martini enjoyable. We'll go again early next year for our anniversary. I just hope the food will be HOT and delicious.

    My family and I enjoyed a lovely meal in this beautiful restaurant within The Hotel Hershey. The emphasis here is on service and quality. The highlights of our meal were the cheese plate which was artistically presented, the filet mignon, and the Tasting of Chocolate for two. If you want the Chocolate Souffle, I suggest a reservation earlier than ours (8:00 pm), as they ran out when we ordered our desserts. There are interesting cocktails and decent wine selections by the glass. Heather, our server, made the night extra enjoyable by bringing us chocolate covered strawberries for our birthday and engagement celebration. The overall service was old-world wonderful. If you stay at the hotel, they have dining packages that include dinner and breakfast. Free parking onsite is available.

    Been a big fan of the Circular for years as my profession has a major conference in Hershey annually in November. This year, this favorite restaurant failed to meet expectations. We were greeted by three high school aged teenagers or young adults at the host/hostess station. These employees failed to grasp that they made the first impression on the customer. 2 young men, one young women. They were enjoying each others companies, and despite the restaurant being nearly empty, it was a science project watching these 3 choose one from probably 100 available tables. We were finally seated. Our server was excellent. Food was average to above average. The Circular is a beautiful restaurant, but noise levels due to the architecture and interior design are excessive. Overall -- I would be generous if I gave the experience a "B". Went to the Devon the following night, and was treated to 5-star service. We may now have a favorite restaurant in Hershey.

    We've been coming to the Circular on an occasional basis for over 35 years. While it's still a pleasant experience, it's just not what it used to be. The atmosphere has definitely gone more causal, I think I was the only guy there in a coat. But maybe that's just our society. The wait staff is very good and attentive but the entrees lack the quality and creativity that we were used to in the early days. As most fine dining places have seemed to go towards farm to table so the side selections follow the season. If it's fall, it will be root vegetables. Again, not bad but just not what we expected. Would still recommend. The breakfast made up for it a bit!

    We came here for our anniversary. We have come here for many years for anniversaries. We’ve always loved the hotel. However the atmosphere in THE CIRCULAR DINING ROOM has changed as it is no longer as fancy and formal. Now that people can dress however they want to it doesn’t feel quite as special. The portion sizes are so small. I was told the salad was a bigger salad and literally it would’ve barely filled a small bread plate. For a person that is plant-based there is definitely need for improvement. There also were vegetable sides that I asked for from the ENTREE descriptions But I had to LOOK for them. They were of a nice size. Thanks for that!! My husband’s sweet potato gnocchi -he absolutely loved it!! The presentation could be improved as it filled maybe 1/4 of this big plate with nothing else with it. Overall I think portion sizes could greatly be improved especially based on the price!!!

    Server was the most valuable part of this experience - shout out to Nate. Portions were soooooo small - steak was over cooked - bread was bleh. Not impressed which sucks because we used to love it here. Also took a good amount of time to get seated which with a reservation was terrible. Wish we had tried harvest instead

    Excellent service. Food was very good. Didn't like that bread was not included with the meal. Also, cheese plate was very small and missing some of the cheeses. Filet was delicious and so was the sweet potato gnocchi.

    Meals were ok. Sweet potato gnocchi was $34 and literally was 12 pieces on a huge plate. Duck was tough. Server forgot our appetizers. Next time we will try other restaurants.

    Cocktails were excellent. I had the peach martini, my husband had the rose old fashion. The caramelized tart appetizer was excellent. Our waiter very knowledgeable of the Entrees. Recommended the Duck and Halibut dishes. Both were superb. We did the chocolate dessert for two which was amazing.

    The service was exceptional—attentive and friendly. Food was delicious and served hot. Missed rolls and the chocolate butter from before Covid. Prior to dinner had cocktails in Iberian. Mark our server was excellent. Offered suggestions as well as checked/researched all of our questions—which were many. Great way to start an evening and end a long week.

    For many years we have eaten once or twice a year at the Circular and looked forward to those experiences. Obviously with Covid we missed the last year or so. We were looking forward to resume this tradition. Unfortunately, we found the quality of the food had dropped and the price appeared to rise. Each of us had a different soup and the spicing was very severe. Our entrees were good, but overall we were disappointed in the overall meal

    Service was amazing. Everything in our meal experience was five star. I wish I could remember the name of our waiter and the bartender while we waited for our table made the experience over the top a dining experience. We will be back!
