Hotel Hershey's Circular Dining Room never disappoints! It's one of our favorite upscale places to dine. The food is tasty, the presentation is FABULOUS, the service very good and the atmosphere relaxing. The wine selction is very good as well! Our server, John, who has been with them for 20+ years, was very attentive! We have reservations for my upcoming birthday in October.

My husband and I were patrons of Hotel Hershey's Circular Dining room for forty years and I continue on since his passing. In recent years, some of the ambiance has changed, however, please know that you will always have an exceptional meal prepared exactly the way you want. You will be "well-taken-care-of" in ways you only experience in the best dining rooms and hotels throughout the United States and Europe. That not only applies to an evening dinner but also holiday family dining, celebrations of any type of event in your or your loved one's lives or other events taking place at the hotel. We have never been disappointed with the quality of food, the courtesy of the staff or efforts to make our time there "special".

Arrived about 10 minutes early, Curt comment about come back in 10 minutes. Seating, service and food were excellent.

The food is fine. Nothing amazing, but it was good quality and prepared reasonably well. We went for dinner one night and for the Sunday brunch the next day. As said previously, the food for the dinner was fine and the service was okay. We would probably have gone again during our next stay to the Hotel Hershey. The brunch too was fine as for food. What really ruined the visit for us, and the reason for the low review score, was the service at the Sunday brunch by our waiter Joseph. We were the third table to be seated for the brunch service and the first on our side of the restaurant, but it was 10-15 minutes after our seating before we ever saw Joseph during which time he attended to several other tables. We sat there long enough waiting that the very nice staff serving water came by twice, and my wife and daughter just got up to help themselves before ever getting so much as a drink order much less any kind of explanation of how the brunch buffet was laid out or the items on offer as the menu changes. During the nearly hour and a half we were there we only saw Joseph for just a second as he collected a round of plates, when I asked for the check, when he dropped off the check, and then about 15 minutes later when he finally picked up the check with payment after we had the flag him down. Overall, the food was nice, but the service absolutely ruined any chance of us returning to the Circular.

We were shocked at the lack of vegetarian options. The only thing they had avaible for an entree was a frittata. That was it. At $65/person, I would expect more. Also, they had an onion and mushroom soup that we were not sure if it was vegetarian or not so I asked one of the staff at the station. She said yes, I'm sure it is. I asked her if she was positive because it did seem like it had a beef broth and then she said let me check for you. She came back and told us it was not vegetarian. That is just not acceptable!

On August 31st, 2024, I celebrated my 19th birthday with my parents at The Circular Restaurant in Hershey. The evening was truly special and memorable. The restaurant's ambiance was elegant and welcoming, creating the perfect atmosphere for a birthday celebration. Our server, Mike, was especially outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. His excellent service really added to the enjoyment of the evening. The highlight of the evening was the dessert. They brought out a special birthday treat, which was a delightful end to the meal. Celebrating my birthday with my parents at The Circular Restaurant was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend it for any special occasion.

We had an excellent meal,service and ambiance. The only complaint would be we were set on the inside of the restaurant instead of on the outer circular. The staff kept hitting my chair as they passed by which I thought was very rude.
