The Chase is our passion for casual elegance. Our rooftop restaurant highlights what we love most about upscale dining, and presents it in a modest, welcoming and thoughtful way. Our ongoing chase for the finest ingredients from around the world coupled with simple and uncomplicated flavours is the foundation for our culinary philosophy. Using refined techniques from Italian and French cuisines we formed a menu that can be best described as Contemporary North American. It celebrates the beauty of simplicity and keep you craving more. The service is detailed and technical, but as comfortable as being at home. The room is
sophisticated, but refreshingly approachable and unpretentious.

    Good food, attentive service (although felt a little rushed at times). Major quibble though; offered two glasses of fizz with a happy anniversary wished to us on arrival, making it seem like a complimentary drink for our anniversary; only to find an extra $18 on the bill for the two drinks which hadn’t ordered and wouldn’t have done.

    My favorite restaurant in the city!! The food, service and ambiance, incredible !! I would recommend the business lunch which is absolutely delicious and a fantastic deal 🙏 or anything…it’s all great 😘😘

    What an amazing restaurant. After The Shore Club closed I have been looking for a new favorite and this might be it. Very nicely decorated restaurant and very clean. I had the pleasure of having oysters and the fermented hot suace that came with it was amazing. Then I had the carpaccio and that was also very nice on the pallette. For the main dish, the black cod was amazing. It probably is the best fish dish I have ever eaten. Light and moist with a ton of flavour. I have eaten at a few Michelin star restaurants and the food at the Chase was better than most.

    One of the best fine dining options in Toronto by far, and the new business lunch menu option is great. Highly recommended for an incredible meal always prepared perfectly and matched with incredible service.

    The best seafood restaurant in the city. Good for a nice quiet evening. This is not a party place. It’s a place to enjoy your company and enjoy amazing food.
