The Chase is our passion for casual elegance. Our rooftop restaurant highlights what we love most about upscale dining, and presents it in a modest, welcoming and thoughtful way. Our ongoing chase for the finest ingredients from around the world coupled with simple and uncomplicated flavours is the foundation for our culinary philosophy. Using refined techniques from Italian and French cuisines we formed a menu that can be best described as Contemporary North American. It celebrates the beauty of simplicity and keep you craving more. The service is detailed and technical, but as comfortable as being at home. The room is
sophisticated, but refreshingly approachable and unpretentious.

    Seafood at The Chase was the right call. I was intimidated at first, but our amazing waiter (Jamie) helped navigate the menu to create a wonderful date night. The Black Cod (main) was as smooth as butter; the Grilled Branzino was grilled to perfection. 🤤 Personally, I loved the appetizers Hamachi Crudo, and Bluefin Tuna Otoro Sashimi (don't forget to squeeze sudachi onto the sashimi; it makes a world of a difference)! Their take on the espresso martini tasted was so smooth that I almost forgot it was a cocktail. (I remembered as soon as I stood up... 😅) Awesome date night; I'd definitely go back. 5/5

    Great atmosphere with good views from 5th floor. Food is delicious. 1/2 priced oysters all day Friday. Our server is personable, friendly, very helpful with questions and attentive. We had a lovely time and would recommend this place for special occasions or date.

    Had a wonderful dining experience. Our waiter, Jamie was attentive and very friendly. The food was top notch. The cod dish is a must try! Highly recommend The Chase!

    Can't say enough about our experience - excellent! Epitome of customer service (notably Brendan and Lauren). The cuisine was wonderful and the view - from almost any table - is pretty and interesting.
