The Cellar at Duckworth’s combina comida de gastropub de un menú creado por el chef junto a una lista de cervezas de barril exóticas y de especialidad, servidas a la temperatura adecuada según el estilo, así como cocteles artesanales característicos hechos bajo pedido por los expertos en mezclas.     Eric who is in upper management made sure that this experience was a great one. Our server Shelley also was incredible making sure that each step of our dining journey was excellent! This was certainly the quality that we are used to when visiting the Cellar.. thank you again Eric and to the Cellar management for making sure the experience remains top tier.

    Went to the cellar with the family to celebrate my birthday. Food was good and enjoyed by all. The cocktails were also good. Would happily go back in the future.

    Food was great as always ! Unfortunately my cocktail was knocked over on accident and i was still charged for it. Disappointing from a service standpoint, should have been covered by the bartender and a new one made. Ten minutes later I had to order another one and was charged for both. Not ok for that level of restaurant.

    Loved the chill vibe, however we happened to catch it on a very busy Monday evening. It was really loud, it did not bother me but might have others. Bartenders were amazing with their recommendations and their talent. Sat at the bar so we got a great show with our food and drinks. Hostess was very sweet as well. Food was really good and well presented.

    Disappointed. Waiter clearly not interested in serving our table of 2 after I said we wanted to do small plates. One drink. Small plates. When clearing he spilled soy sauce all over my arm and my bag and dress. No real apology. And then never asked if we would like to order another drink or dessert. Check brought to the table without being requested. Clearly tried to get us out as soon as they knew we only wanted to order a number of small plates to share.

    Strange upon check in. Bar was full and wanted a drink so the guy followed me back to make sure I didn’t sit down. Creepy. Once we sat at the table was fine. Very unusual hostess and hosts at the check in. Need options to grab a cocktail while you wait.

    The Cellar was loud, Friday night and the place was full. Also a bit dark, small table lights would help. Server was good, but we felt a bit rushed.

    I've been to Duckworths many times and have had exceptional experiences there. This time was not one of them. I went to celebrate my birthday and thought it would be a great time. After being seated at the end of the long table and ordering the first round of drinks and appetizers from our server Jordan, things went downhill. The establishment was not nearly as busy as I've seen it at times and yet we waited almost 15-20 minutes for the appetizers (gyoza and oysters) to come out. Our server said it seems that the kitchen gave the order to the wrong table so we waited another 15 minutes for that mistake. It seems that Jordan was overwhelmed as he took a few breaks over at the host stand while we waited. At this point we were a bit famished. When the appetizers came out we ordered entrees which for the sake of the time we waited decided to keep it simple with the Cellar burgers.. that took another 20 minutes. The flavor of the burgers was that of charcoal.. we couldn't even finish them. At the very least it would have helped if Jordan had just been attentive and apologetic but he seemed to dissociate over time and made no attempt to ensure our dining experience remained pleasant. Sadly this is where I went to start the birthday celebrations.
