Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     A perfect date night… the two of us for some shopping at the Someset collection and then dinner at Capital Grill . Amanda did a fantastic job taking care of us…we had the classics , shrimp cocktail, Cesar salad, clam chowder soup and a 22 oz ribeye. All very tasty … great evening .

    Food was outstanding. Best calamari anywhere. We also had the salad with salmon. Salmon was cooked perfectly, and the salad was delicious. Andiamo, our server was the best. Very attentive and knowledgeable.

    I haven’t been to Capital Grille in years. Now with so many new restaurants opening, sometimes you forget about the old favorites, but after my dinner yesterday, I will definitely put Capital Grille back on my to go list😊
