Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     they decorated the table so perfectly for a small birthday. we had a great meal and a great time. we will definitely be back the filet was so good!

    The filet mignon was overcooked and our server did not share the specials that were available. We thought there were no specials until another server at another table shared them.

    We had such a wonderful Mother’s day lunch. The service was fantastic and the food was delivered timely (we had a baby with us) but not rushed. Highly recommend
