Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The drinks, calamari, steaks and Parmesan truffle fries were fantastic. Our server was Forrest and we have had him before and he has done an excellent job every time. We also have sat at the bar a couple times and the bartenders are very attentive and they make great drinks as well. We were celebrating a night out and they gave us a complementary dessert. They are always a very thoughtful restaurant and we always have an excellent meal!

    We reserved seats in the bar area which were comfortable. We were greeted by Stephanie and treated very well throughout our dining experience. The food was excellent.

    Only change, I might tone down the music in the dining room so people can converse easier. Loved the lobster salad and my lamb chops!
