Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Excellent as usual we love going to Capital Grill the service and food is always great! We always ask for Nick to be our server he is the best.

    Food was good. We had a cup of clam chowder, a side salad, beet salad and a Kona crusted New York steak with 1 glass of wine each. The bill was over $200. I thought the restaurant was a bit over priced. Each glass of wine was $25-30 and those weren’t the most expensive. Steak was $66. Little too expensive for a restaurant at the mall.

    Absolutely fabulous experience..service, food choices, atmosphere! Just a delightful afternoon! Our server, Amador was very helpful and made everything seamless. The lobster citrus salad is amazing! My favorite choice!!
