Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We did the Generous Pour + Restaurant week. Kona steak was really good. We loved the wines as well. Our server Chris was awesome as always

It was a slower evening and a waiter took forever forgot our drinks twice it would never even got to have dessert and we were there for 2 1/2 hours. We called him the disappearing waiter

We enjoyed our dining experience: tasty food, excellent service, refined atmosphere… but it was VERY - and I mean VERY - expensive. I’d happily return but only for a special occasion as it’s hard to justify the cost.
