Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Chris our waiter was great. The poor score for service was due to timing of the food delivery. We were celebrating out son’s graduation and his dinner was served over 5 minutes later than everyone else. We were also missing a few sides and had to ask for them. Chris brought a side on the house. It was still a fantastic evening and would come back again.

    I decided to try a non steak entree which I have never done.- mistake. The scallop and lobster risotto sounded too good to pass up. The scallops were excellent however the lobster risotto not so much. Watery with very little lobster. My wife had salmon which she loved. The server was excellent - I think her name was Katie? We sat at a high top in the bar area which I requested and not in that dreadful back dungeon of a room. If you’ve been there u know what I’m talking about. I still think this is one of the better Capital Grilles in the area and we’ll return and I’ll order my usual fillet mignon medium rare !

    We miss John Burke, a fixture and incredible brand ambassador as our waiter but Diana was superb! She was fantastic, showed concern but not intrusive, very personable. Food, as always was amazing! Prosciutto wrapped mozzarella app was awesome. Steaks prepared perfectly and the birthday treat for my nephew, was greatly appreciated.

    The food was top notch and the service outstanding. My husband got a filet and I got the halibut special. Both exceeded our expectation. We also got the Brussels sprouts which are flavor bombs. I’ve never had any that were so good. The best, however was the special touches for my husbands birthday. When we arrived the table was specially decorated and they bought him a gluten free slice of cake and Champaign. Hopeful that hubby takes ME here for my birthday!

    We could not have picked a better spot for a special Graduation celebration dinner. Jim did a great job helping us with the wine, the table Was decorated with festive grad celebrations and we got a beautiful dessert for my son Cody. This is a high class Experience all Around!
