Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My wife and I coming to this place one a month and is the perfect family place for dinner everything is well though the logistics the personal the food experience is amazing we love everything about capital grill

    Thank you for another outstanding experience. Food is always spectacular, but what separates you is your attention to detail. Ken our server was humorous and attentive and Danielle the Manager was extremely personable and hospitable. We cannot wait to return as always! Abby Murray.-

    Since it was Mothers Day, we were originally seated in the back room which has no windows and very dark. I didn’t care for it, so we chose to sit at the bar. It would be nice if we were informed prior that seating is in this room.
