Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     It was sooooo nice. From service and food. We loved every minute our waitress Tiana was great. Not our first time there and it’s not going to be our last❤️

    On Saturday, we ate in the bar which opened one hour earlier than the restaurent and had the same great meal. This timing allowed us to eat at the Capital Grille and then make a concert at Gillette Stadium. Our waitress was superb.

    You know what what you are getting at Capital Grille. Good quality food, that is priced on the high end for that quality. Been to this CG many times and they always deliver.

    Continually great service and atmosphere- our Server Eric is without doubt the very best anywhere and your newest server Alex will be the next star - friendly, professional and timely- plus incredibly delicious food- we’ll be back again and again!

    Chris our waiter was great. The poor score for service was due to timing of the food delivery. We were celebrating out son’s graduation and his dinner was served over 5 minutes later than everyone else. We were also missing a few sides and had to ask for them. Chris brought a side on the house. It was still a fantastic evening and would come back again.
