Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The staff is the best ever. Nick the chef is just outstanding. Came out to check on us and our meals. Heather runs the best Cap out there, fact!!

    The lobster was soft (not firm). It was either undercooked or overcooked. I would not order the lobster dinner again, especially at $90, it should have been perfect. We were not happy with it. The steaks were perfectly cooked and were great.

    We had another great family dinner - lobster, filet, and more. Daniel our waiter was spectacular with chef hats for the kids and roses for the ladies!!!

    Can never get a bad steak at the Grill. Service is great- friendly and attentive. The cocktails were good. The signature cocktail was a little fruity for me. It was our anniversary and they provided a celebratory dessert. Overall it was a pleasant evening.
