Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     A $200 lunch consisting of : (2) cups of soup, a 10oz filet (Oscar style), a salmon salad, 1 Creme Brulee and 2 cappuccinos. No alcohol. That's a bit much.

    The food was top-notch and prepared perfectly to order. Matthew provided outstanding service for the duration of our meal. We’ll definitely be visiting again when in KOP next.

    We sat at the bar and it was great. The bartenders , Jen, Brittany and Ashley were personable attentive and great to talk to. We know Jen for years she is an awesome person .

    Great Calamari, But Missing the Sauces The calamari was cooked perfectly—crispy, tender, and well-seasoned. But it really needs some dipping sauces to take it to the next level. A classic marinara or a spicy aioli would elevate the dish and match the level of the rest of your menu. Just a small touch that would make a big difference.
