Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Bravo!! What a fabulous dining experience this evening at the Capital Grill. All 4 of us couldn’t ask for a better experience . Service was first class. We all can’t wait to return. Thank you!

    My husband & I Celebrated our 21st Wedding Anniversary at Capital Grill, & had a wonderful experience. They had some rose pedals, & hearts on the table along with a signed Happy Anniversary card from some of the team members to include managers, servers & chef’s. I had Filet Mignon & a Lobster tail which was excellent. My husband had the Filet Mignon also & some sides. We love the drive to KP as it is well worth it. They rate #1 in our choice.
