   Josh was a wonderful server and gave us great service and informed information about the menu! We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather! The martinis were awesome and perfectly made. The calamari appetizer was outstanding (Josh recommended!), the lobster bisque was so packed full of lobster and the sherry topped it off fantastically! We also had the beef risotto side….    Did not enjoy Lobster Salad. Arugula pressed too hard in mold. Good flavor and good vinaigrette but would've enjoyed classic salad with other kind of lettuce and more veggies. Lobster was very good though

   This location is reliably great, from the valet and welcome at the front, to the wait staff and everyone in between. The food is always perfect. Very professional people working here. We return twice a year from out of town, and we drive an hour each time to dine here.

    Our Waitress was outstanding and a professional! My only negative comment was that my entrée order was incorrect.. the staff was quick to recognize and offered to replace immediacy but I decline as I was not about to waste a Perfect Steak that just was not the cut that I asked for. Great place and we are regular customers.

    It may have been a one off but it was the worst meal experiences we have had. It was Mother’s Day and everything that could have gone wrong did. We did get comped the meal but that was besides the point. There were 3 of us and all 3 steaks went back and we did not get new steaks for 30 minutes. I could have sent mine back again.

    It was everything you would hope for in a visit to Capital Grille. Nice ambience. Decor and sound level both were excellent. It was easy to have a conversation at our table (no need to yell!). Professional service throughout the dinner that was timely. Food delivery and timing was excellent. Good feedback on possible wine choices - opinionated in a good way. Steaks cooked to target temp.     The meal was good but the restaurant was so loud we couldn’t hear the person seated directly next to me speaking in a normal voice. the poorly parented screaming toddler at the table accross the room out to dinner with irresponsible parents at 9 PM wasn’t helping. The food was good but I will consider other more conversation friendly venues in the future. Infants and toddlers are unwelcome while someone is trying to celebrate an adults $500 birthday dinner at night.

    We always go to Capital Grill when we are in Jacksonville. For some reason, this time was not as before. We ordered lamp chops and they were overdone and in fact charred on the outside. The rest of the meal was as usual, quite good.

    We had an excellent dining experience. Our server was James B, we were at table 3. James was very attentive, friendly and engaging. One of the members of my party said several times she was enjoying the service that is being provided. The food was delicious and served to us timely. We left with very happy. 😊

    As usual, food was awesome. Steak & seafood all wonderful. Service good but not great. Ambiance good but we were seated on a busy path so lot of people walking by us & fairly noisy. Drinks all terrific. Apparent issues with valet parking which is currently separated mgt from restaurant(s). Overall a terrific evening.

    Tonight was a miss for Capital Grill. The server could not get the meal right. We ordered wedge salads they came out looking sad and wilted, the lettuce seemed brown and old. We ordered filets all around mashed potatoes mushrooms and cauliflower. The steaks were on point very delicious and cooked perfectly. The sides were not so good. Not frozen not warm. The server never refilled water or drinks. This is usually a great spot, tonight was a fail.

    My wife and I celebrated our anniversary. Thank you to the kitchen and service team for an excellent time and experience. We loved that our table was also dressed to celebrate our anniversary. The food and drinks were excellent and to perfection; wagyu special and risotto special were delicious. We loved the creme brulee cheesecake; you must try it. Steak was cooked to order and correctly.
