Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     La peor experiencia, mal servicio, los alimentos mal preparados tardaron 1:30 minutos en servir y estaba mal cocinado. No cenemos el manager muy apenado pero no hizo nada para que cenáramos. Un muy buen restaurante con mal manager y mesero hacen q capital grill no sea recomendable.

    We went with friends who had never dined there before. They loved it! Superb service by our server (Anthony) and those who assisted him. Food was amazing, as always! We love this place!

    Four of us had dinner in the bar at Capital Grill for the Wagyu and Wine special. $35 for a wagyu burger and a glass of Duckhorn Cab, Merlot, or Pinot Noir is a good value and we all agreed that our burgers were delicious, although cooked more rare than we had requested. We started the meal with the Brussels sprouts side and the prosciutto/mozarella roll ups. Service was exceptional throughout. A very nice evening!
