Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Wait staff was fantastic, we had a large group of 8 and we never were waiting for the next course. A little loud as it was very full. But nice, fun atmosphere

    Ivy, our server was exceptional! She made us feel welcome the entire dining experience. The Manager took care of our requests. Definitely try the Seared Tuna cooked rare or med rare at Capitol, it's amazing.

    The service was sub par for an upscale restaurant. The food was good but not great as u would expect for there prices. IMO. They had a big group in another room so that probably contributed to our sub par service but again ur paying top dollar for the food and service no matter how many people are dining. This is a honest review. We probably won’t return. Thanks.

    We took our mother out to dinner for her birthday. This location is a sure bet for a special night. Besides the decorative table, champagne and roses, the service is perfect and the amazing staff flows like clockwork. They remained engaging and attentive to everyone on the table. The food never disappoints and the steak is cook to perfection. I had a 10oz lobster from South Africa that was cooked perfect. Everyone in my party raved about their food and the staff. Thank you to the manager Josh and his staff for their hospitality. I Highly recommend this location to everyone looking for a special place for dinner.
