   Always a fabulous experience. Not thrilled they now charge $10 for valet. At that price point I feel like it should be included. It will mean we don’t go as often.

   All of the food was slightly cool. Very unusual quality for Capital Grille.

   We have dined here many times and usually love the food and ambience. This particular evening was not a good showing. The staff were so stiff and scripted it was uncomfortable. It was awkward to see them work through their lines as they presented themselves and the menu. The steaks were not good, period. There was so much fat on the rib eye (and we get it, it should have some, that is so delicious!), we could probably not eat almost 1/3 of the steak. It was also not as tender as in previous visits. The prices of course are very high and we had theater tickets so were short on time, and we should not have to send something back, it should arrive correctly the first time. There are so many eyes on these meals, someone should have noticed 1/2 of the steak was fat. In addition, the parking situation is abysmal. Valet parking was through the phone, credit card only and took almost ten minutes to get our car with three valet attendants working who all seemed like they just arrived and had zero training. Overall, will not return to this location. Very disappointed in the clientele as well, felt like we were at the gym, not at a beautiful high end steak house. It is ok to have dress codes!

   As always, it was a delicious meal, and very friendly staff. Capital Grille is always very reliable, and you know that you are going to get a good meal.

   Reservation, hostess staff, and wait staff were top notch. Close to hotel and conference center were a plus as well. The wait staff member was great and made wonderful suggestions. We really enjoyed the service and meal. Keep up the great work.

   My friends from California had a business trip to Boston and wanted to meet up with me on the way to New Yorck City. They asked me to recommend a place to meet for lunch. I thought of Capital Grille immediately. First for the food and service, and then the proximity to the highway. They enjoyed the food and was impressed with the wine inventory and told me it was a great recommendation. Capital Grille does not disappoint. Lunch, service and ambience were excellent.    Dined here on Easter Sunday unfortunately, the staff up here to be prepared for the onslaught of holiday diners. Service was a bit slow and erratic. Food quality was atypical of capital grill standards. We changed our mind about ordering dessert and the server seemed annoyed by that fact.  Sadly, not a great overall experience for the money that one pays at Capital Grille
