Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary. Dinner started with complimentary champagne for a toast. Dinner and wine was excellent with complimentary flourless chocolate cake. Our waitress was friendly and informative always being right there if we needed her . I am never disappointed when I dine at the Capital Grille. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves.

    We’ve eaten at Capital Grille many times. This time all the prices were exorbitant. For a part of 6, it was ridiculous.

    Delicious steaks. Perfectly cooked to the levels we wanted and relatively quick. The steaks were juicy, flavorful, and tender. One of the bests we have had in recent years.

    We had the waygu and wine pairing and sat in the bar area. Food and service were fantastic. A bit loud, but to be expected since we were in the bar overall great experience

    Food and service was outstanding! I want to especially highlight the kindness and dedication that we saw and experienced from Brandy W. She was very kind, attentive and made sure that we had a wonderful experience. She checked in on us frequently, was extremely nice and thoughtful, and would be a big reason why we would come back to Capital Grille again. Thank you Brandy for being a wonderful person and making our experience phenomenal! 🤗

    One of the nicest birthday celebration meals due to our amazing server Kristen. She was fun, hospitable, had great dinner suggestions and she never seemed intrusive to our table. Thanks Kristen & Capital Grille for a great dining experience!
