Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Excellent service. The filet mignon and the strip steak were prepared exactly as ordered. The salad was delicious. Oysters were my favorite.

    I don’t know why this chain doesn’t have the cachet of other steakhouses. I’ve never had a bad meal here and last night was extra special. The service couldn’t have been better and management was on top of things. I had the filet mignon with mushrooms and figs, and it was outstanding. My wife had the special lobster and enjoyed every bite of it.

    Excellent service from John. Kudos to CG for the extras for my colleagues retirement celebration. Honestly did not expect my response to “occasion” to carry through like that. Food was very good and well prepared.

    Capital Grill never disappoints us. The food is always excellent. The servers are attentive without being on top of you. The only issue would be lighting to read the menu but we used our phone flashlights.

    What an outstanding experience! We were celebrating our daughter’s college graduation and had such a special dinner! The food was outstanding and service was off the charts. Our server Kevin was dialed into every detail of our meal and exceeded every expectation-can’t say enough wonderful things!! Our guests left having experienced a wonderful meal that was not only delicious but memorable because of the attention to detail. The only recommendation was the lighting is very dark. Thank you Kevin and the Capital Grille for such an exceptional experience!!
