Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My family and I dined at Capital Grille today for Easter Sunday and had a wonderful experience. The food was great, and the service was spectacular as always. I highly recommend this place for fine dining—it's consistently an excellent choice for special occasions or any time you want an outstanding meal and top-notch service.

    Always great, every time I go there it is always the same high quality food and service. One of the most consistent high quality restaurants in DFW, steaks always cooked to perfection. Food is priced fairly for the quality.

    Wonderful evening. Isaiah & Greg were tremendous servers, dedicated to the upmost perfection. Our meals were delicious. They both helped us with a special appetizer for our Grandson and his girlfriend for a memorable Senior Prom. Thank you to all for joining in on the celebration and serving two tables separately.

    Valet personnel were rude and lied about when the fee for parking had changed, $10 and expecting a tip is usurious at Dallas’ premier restaurant. It would make more sense to adjust menu prices to absorb the fee, have the restaurant pay for parking and not insult your patrons with this fee. The patrons would feel revered and gladly pay a tip.

    Our server Oscar was top notch and the food was delicious. Capital Grill is a classic experience. You cannot go wrong.
